The laptop itself is a good buy for someone who's a student, or a casual gamer, or for professional use. It was refurbished but I didn't expect so many issues. I had to call Dell support to completely rewire the cam software as it kept giving me blue screens. And currently I'm facing audio issues where after a while I won't be able to hear anything, requiring me to restart and troubleshoot audio. Overall it's a good laptop, it just came to me with a lot of issues. Hopefully I can get the audio thing fixed TT ... show more

Product is very good but amazon product description states 1 year warranty....but when contacted amazon customer service they say that we dont give warranty and manufacturer states warranty is expired. the product description is misleading and amazon clearly denies the claim.
