    • Una máquina muy buena
Style: Intel i7|6 core|16GB|512GB|UHD|Touch

    • Bad battery
Style: Intel i7|6 core|16GB|512GB|UHD|Touch
Everything else seems to be okay except the fact that the battery is extremely bad. Only lasted a few minutes on standby mode.

    • This Non-Tech-Savvy Person Doesn't Understand the Price Tag
Style: Intel i7|6 core|16GB|512GB|UHD|Touch
The best thing about this laptop is that it was very easy to set up right out of the box. I could not set up my email account in the email shortcut, but I've noticed that problem becoming more and more common with Aol accounts. The laptop is basically the size of a piece of paper (thicker of course) and it's quite lightweight. It boots up in no time!! The touchscreen works perfectly as does the keyboard and touchpad. I mostly use this laptop to go online. The picture quality is great in my opinion. HD videos look and sound good. There are only usb c ports and one sd card reader. I don't have any problem charging it and the battery life seems exceptional compared to a previous Dell laptop I had. I've had one major issue beginning the first day I had it completely up and running. The Wi-Fi symbol disappeared and I had to order a usb c to Ethernet adapter in order to get back online to do any real troubleshooting. Once the adapter came I was able to get the Wi-Fi back. A few days later it happened again. That time I went through the Dell app already on the laptop and found an update for one of the drivers that had to do with Wi-Fi. I downloaded that and got the Wi-Fi symbol back. That's the limit of my troubleshooting skills. If I have the issue again I will contact Dell. The contact info for Dell support is pretty front and center in the My Dell app on the start menu. I sure hope I won't need it! Overall this laptop works for me. I'm not tech savvy so I don't understand what about this laptop warrants the hefty price tag. The size? The speedy processing? Maybe someone who needs a laptop to do more than the basics would have more to say about any exceptional capabilities this might have. ... show more

Style: Intel i7|6 core|16GB|512GB|UHD|Touch
This is an amazing and modern laptop. Seller (Exocircuit) was very responsible and the item arrived earlier than expected. Fast shipping and extremely well packed. Display has very sharp colors and an excellent resolution. Comes with a USB-C to USB adapter so that you can plug in any USB device. Touchscreen is also very sensitive and responsive. Highly recommended laptop for home and business use. ... show more

    • A laptop withuout AC charger?
Style: Intel i7|6 core|16GB|512GB|UHD|Touch
Laptop doesn't came with AC charger. I wrote to Customer Service, and they told me that in “Technical Details”, this laptop "doesn't include the charger”, so it's necessary to buy it separately". In the Product information section, it doesn’t appear that this laptop needs to buy the charger. It's my first time that I bought a PC without a charger, which shouldn’t be the case. ... show more

    • Great graphics and touchscreen but too powerful for such a small computer
Style: Intel i7|6 core|16GB|512GB|UHD|Touch
This computer looks and feels great. The graphics are top notch, it's lightweight, and the touchscreen is responsive. The problem is that the processing power is too much for such a small computer. This means that the fans will come on (and sound like a jet engine) when it is not even doing anything. They will turn on during basic tasks like checking email or watching videos. Sometimes when I wasn't even using it but it was still on, the fans would turn on. The worst part too is that even with the loud fans, the computer would still get very hot to the touch. So bad I wouldn't recommend using it on your lap as it will be very uncomfortable. The last problem is that the touchpad is not responsive at all and usually would not register when I was trying to scroll. If you like using the touchscreen it's not as big of a deal but I still didn't like it. Definitely not worth the price tag. ... show more
