Purchased this for a home office. As of this review, is has been working perfectly for the last 6 months. The case is basically perfect and has 1 small blemish. I looked inside and is was almost brand new clean and hardware as described, cpu, memory etc. I use 2 monitors and have moderate internet, cpu and ram requirements, which this machine handles with no issues. The only thing I would criticize is the lack of hdmi, although you could get and adaptor or card for them or like me just get the display port connection monitors. I got a Logitech keyboard, mouse and headset combo deal which I think is higher quality than what is included and I needed a headset. First of all, the computer works fine and is at a bargain price. You should be aware that, at least as far as my machine was concerned, the appearance was difference and unlike the pictured computer there was no DVD or CD device. If course, that could be a blank space filler in the picture. Also, the video outputs were display ports, not HDMI. Both problems were addressed by purchasing a $20.00 external DVD drive and a Display Port-HDMI driver. For the money, I am happy enough to buy one again knowing the shortfalls. ... show more

I would give this zero stars if I could. The dekstop computer would not boot up. I started by checking the power supply and connections and all power supply was working just fine. Then I tried booting it up countless times. I even tried booting into Safe Mode or using Windows recovery option - none of these worked at all. My guess is a hardware issue like loose components or problems with the hard drive or motherboard. Completely regret making this purchase. the description says this unit has an hdmi port, it did not, had a vga port instead. description also says no cd drive but it has a dvd rw drive unit also has hd display ports so have to get an hd to hdmi cable. Otherwise the unit functions as expected.
