    • Keyboard Flexes too much
There is too much give on the keyboard to comfortably use this on anything other than a desktop. Some additional support along the back of they keyboard would help. It makes it feel cheap and easy to break. You press any of the home keys, and you can watch the entire board go up and down. It also makes the keyboard look like a wave if the surface you have this on is not entirely flat (like your lap). ... show more

    • Poor customer service
The laptop stopped working after 3 months sent multiple messages and voices mails never received response. Called Dell due to the vendor being 3rd party the warranty started when they purchased. Thankfully I was able to do a owner transfer and Dell is repairing under warranty now. Very poor customer service will never respond back to customer. ... show more
