This is the 4th one of these I purchased in 6 mo. The first two had no problems. The second two both had problems. One came without the CDROM installed and kept locking up. The user reported it kept locking up in Both Windows 11 and Windows 10 (which I downgraded to in hopes of fixing the problem). The only way to get the PC working again was to power it off and back on. I returned it and bought another. The new one came with the CDROM as expected but continued to lock up on Windows 11. I later discovered the lockup problem was the systems inability to successfully wake-up from Windows "Sleep" mode. Disabling sleep mode solved the problem. Everything works well now but unfortunately I had to buy another MD Office Key because I had already used the one I bought on the PC I returned and of course it wouldn't activate on the replacement PC. I didn't bother calling Microsoft because they are useless and I have no time for their worthless support drama. WIndows 'Sleep' mode has negatively affected a lot of PCs for years so I usually disable it. I was surprised that after all these years, sleep mode still doesn't work right but that's Microsoft for you. The seller was easy to work with as well. ... show more

I ordered this box with 64 Gb. of memory and a 2 Tb. SSD, Windows 11 Pro. Smoking fast, quiet, super easy set-up. I am using dual monitors so I ordered a Display Port to HMDI converter cable ($7) and after searching tips for dual monitor setup with Windows 11, I had everything working perfectly. As another reviewer said, these seem to be packaged for export as the included power cable did not work, but I had a spare. Reused my existing wireless keyboard and mouse. I did have to install a printer driver for my Dell All in One but that was easy for me as I have been working in IT for 25+ years. As far as Dell Warranty I have not checked that yet, but the Windows 11 Pro license is valid. You just can’t buy or build a better system for this price. Super satisfied. I just got off the phone with Dell. They informed me that this brand new computer is in fact 2 years old and was sold to someone in the Arab Emeritus. It's not only out of warranty but they said it was a refurbished. I just spent over a week 8 hours a day installing everything into this unit only to find Iv been ripped off. Amazon needs to cancel this vendor immediately and never let them sell on Amazon again. ... show more
