This would've been our best bet for our preteen for Christmas , BUT after running for 24 hours it gave a couple fan error and WOULD not find the D drive. So we ultimately returned.

My son likes it from the efficiency to the RGB light. The only downside is the noise from machine running and the fan.

As soon as I received it, I hooked it up and started my return. Similar to other reviews, the fan makes a relentless and terrible noise while the tower is powered on, spend a little more and just purchase new.

I bought this PC because I was tired of my laptops crapping out and never running my games correctly. I mainly play the Sims 4 and Diablo and this computer runs them both very well, I've had it over a month now and haven't had any issues. The mouse on the other hand is a bit iffy but I already had a different one so I just switched it out ... show more

    • Do not buy this computer
RAM and SSD have been swapped out to the absolute most bottom barrel crappy no-name garbage components that barely function. It provides piles of errors resulting in corruption to the point where you can't use youtube or chrome. Wifi and bluetooth are not built into the chip set, and provided via a dollar store USB dongle. Any savings that you would be getting by buying this system would be replaced with you having to buy functioning components. I read the reviews prior to buying this and just assumed it was people who didn't know much about computers and maybe didn't know how to configure the system, but now I regret even trying this. I'm not against buying used/refurbished computers, but make sure you can make a return because of things like this. Extremely disappointed and now will just look into building my own. Their shipping was also over a week late, got here Dec 27th, ordered it on the 8th I believe. It wasn't even shipped until the week of Christmas. This was a Christmas gift for my son, and it arrived after Christmas, when it was supposed to be here a week before. ... show more

    • What a SCAM and a piece of TRASH
(It crashed when writing this with ONE tab open and no other apps!) I spent my birthday money on this computer and it could barley run YouTube at 1080p. The first sign of something not being right when I first got it when the computer had DDR3 RAM and not the advertised DDR6. The computer came with some scratch's and dents on the sides with broken protective rapping. I had this computer for 2 weeks before it started showing signs of GPU failure. The GPU keeps showing blue, red, purple or even green lines on the screen and some times random blobs before the computer crashing and not working for hours on end. The Wi-Fi speeds are the worst I have ever had and before it I was using a computer form 2008. I tried to run simple games like Roblox with 30-60 fps and bigger games like Fortnite which would crash and blue screen the computer while loading into a match. Over all a waste of time and money an a complete scam of a computer. Its like buying a car with out any of the parts. useless. ... show more
