I bought this for my son for Christmas and after two months he began having issues with the power supply. We bought a power supply compatible with this pc and two more months later the motherboard died. Now I’m looking at replacing the entire thing. Don’t waste your money on this.

My recent experience with this computer has been less than satisfactory. After just two months of use, my son witnessed a spark emanating from the computer, accompanied by the smell of melted plastic. To our relief, we were home and able to prevent the situation from escalating further. Upon further investigation, we discovered that the power supply is inadequate for the graphics card, which we believe was the main problem. Was questioning should I buy, but glad I did. Has been perfect from day one, I dont do much gaming mainly bought it for my side business as the old one I was using was really weak. Only play beamng and runs it perfectly smooth.

Out of the box, the rear fan was loose floating in the cabinet. As soon as I plugged it in, it did not power up. The reset button on the power supply would fire it up when depressed, but the power would go out as soon as the button was released. Power supply is a total failure. This would be a great value if you had bothered to replace the dell PSU which is 290w, with a PSU 400w or greater that the Radeon RX 580 8G specs call for. As is, this system is worthless for gaming, because as soon as any thing get's graphic intensive enough for the card to draw more power, the system just turns off.
