Works as suggested. I switched out the SSD before first boot to a larger SSD. Setup was a breeze and after updates works like a charm. I had an AC wifi usb on hand so the one provided wasnt used. It is only an N adapter so speeds are slow. Comes with a Bluetooth usb dongle that works fine. As the title states will play most games at mid to lower graphics settings without much issue. My 7 year old loves it.

2nd review attempt now that I am calm. I ordered this as a Christmas present. When my son opened it on Christmas morning he was super excited. We started setting it up we noticed the screws holding the side panel were missing and found expanding foam packaging inside the PC case. In order to remove it we had to carefully cut it out as it was putting extreme pressure on the video card and motherboard. Once we powered the computer up the fans spun but that's all that it would do. There was a solid amber light on the motherboard that Dell says is a sign of motherboard failure. In the attached picture you can see that the case shows that water (or some other liquid) had previously been spilled inside possibly damaging components. The sales post says "excellent condition". This was anything but excellent. Further down on the post under the "Amazon Renewed" section it says "will be in one of the following cosmetic conditions Premium, Excellent, Good or Acceptable" I wouldn't even call the physical condition acceptable. They have added an RGB pack to this PC and the controller pack was just hanging loose inside the case. The entire product was just shotty workmanship. It should never have been allowed to be shipped in this condition. I contacted SJ Computers (also known as STG Global & Skytech Global) on Christmas Day. Amazon assured me that they would contact me within 1-2 days. After 4 days I still hadn't heard anything from them so I contacted Amazon again for a refund rather than a replacement. Day 5 STG finally contacted me back offering a replacement, but I had already shipped the PC back to Amazon. The worst part of this whole deal was that by the time I finally got my refund it had been 2 weeks since Christmas. All sales were over so now the refund amount couldn't buy anything even close to as good for him. I tried to give him a nice Christmas present but that was ruined by the lengthy process of getting my money back for something that should never have been tried to be sold in the 1st place. **It is my SERIOUS recommendation that you never do business with SJ Computers/STG Global/Skytech Global. Even phone calls to their offices would just go to voice mail. My impression of the company is that they don't care about the customer only that they make a quick buck.

Very surprised this is a refurbished machine considering the quality that is included. Mine came with the gtx 1660 ti which is more than enough for my gaming and video editing needs. Handles all games at 1080p 60fps just fine with a mix of High and medium settings depending on the game. The cpu is decent as well albeit an old platform but that kinda goes more into why i love this pc too. the case is obviously from an old dell machine which isnt a bad thing considering we have a big problem with E-Waste flooding our landfills its cool to see someone instead choose to recycle and refurbish these components rather than contribute to an already growing problem in tech. A GOOD BUY! :)

I was looking for something very cheap to replace my laptop for gaming. Not really full on gaming just WOW. Will run WOW on max graphics at a pretty good fps, but I keep it a little lower just as a preference. Runs smooth, have had it a month and no issues so far. I will say to make sure to read the few pages of instructions that come with it. There's a piece of supportive styrofoam that they put in the actual desktop case and you need to take the side panel off and remove it before powering up. I neglected to read that and powered mine on and heard a rubbing noise lol. Quickly powered down and found this out the hard way. The usb wifi stick that comes with it is an absolute piece of ass so make sure to buy one or use a direct connect. Overall very happy with this for the price.

Computer is great for the price, however you should be prepared to be on the phone with support a few times before it's ready, activating Windows and such. Mine did not come pre activated, however Seller is helpful during this process and made sure that everything works. The Power Supply the machine comes with powers most everything on, however you're most likely going to need to replace it with a higher wattage Power Supply. The way they had my machine wired was a little weird, and it wasn't powering the SSD. Mine also came with a GTX 1660 GPU, and that needs at least 450W vs the 290W the Machine came supplied with. I replaced it with a 500W Thermaltake PSU and so far so good. It's a really easy and cheap upgrade to do yourself.

The graphic card is old and after 90 days of using this it failed by displaying no signal on monitor which i decided not to repair by technician. The cables connecting inside the motherboard are all over the place. The motherboard looks like a old design possibly ten years ago suggested by my technician. The power is 300w not enoufgh for graphic card. The cd port does open. This producted is a old computer slapped with a rephurbised graphic card and the graphic card price might seem good but who knows what the pervious owner did to this graphic card and how old this is. The owner warrienty is questionable

Everything looks brand new. Everything was included as stated. The mouse that came with is a piece of crap but I didn't order it for that. I upgraded the PSU but it ran fine prior to doing that. Good retailer, glad I made the purchase despite all the negative reviews.
