Preface: I am an IT Technical Specialist as a profession. Purchased 3 of this for my kids, expecting normal issues that you see with pre-built machines shipped. Came well packaged with packaging filler on the interior of the cases holding components together. Once packaging was removed and all cabling ensure secure all 3 machines booted well. After windows profile creations and updates reboot the devices and one had a failed power supply on reboot. Contacted support and was give ability to purchase another power supply at no cost to me as an alternative to shipping the whole kit back. Got the new power supply in, installed and all 3 machines are up and running great. I would 100% recommend this product for any light/older gaming or a kids box. Pros: excellent quality in shipping and price for the components you receive. Cons: interior packaging inside of the case was difficult to remove without the potential for bending the graphics card while seated in the PCI slot. BE CAREFUL removing the interior packaging inside the case. Customer service for any issues is amazing as always (Amazon directly). Also wifi USB provided does not work well at all. constant drops and no actual internet connection was achieved on any machine via wifi. recommend hard wire only or purchase a PCI wifi card that does not pull additional power from the mother board outside of the PCI slot.

First off, I did not expect anything high end here. I knew what I was buying, but I expected it to be functional. Within a week the power supply began to brown out? Bought a new power supply, but it doesn't work with this dell motherboard (most won't btw) without another adapter purchase. Finally got it all back together and now the 2TB hard drive has failed. I even took the HD out and tested it on another machine and sure enough, it's toast. I attempted to go through Amazon product support, but they want to put you in touch with Dell for some reason, which is silly since this is clearly a "renewed" modified Dell being sold by another company. I can't even attempt a return because I'm sure I violated some crap by replacing the power supply myself. Overall extremely disappointed. This was supposed to be a basic entry level machine for my son to learn video editing. My money would have been better spent elsewhere.

Bought 2 for my kids. Runs Windows 10, but not 11 upgradeable. One of them had some very minor cosmetic defects. Unpacking them was difficult, but it was necessary to protect the components inside. All of the lights worked as expected. Computers ran great from the get go. Excellent graphics. Smooth gaming. They even did several graphics mods on Minecraft and it ran very smoothly. Mouse and keyboard seem cheap, but have been working great. Unfortunately not able to control the keyboard or mouse colors through any sort of program or remote. Overall a great starter computer and at an awesome price. I would love to see a monitor bundled with this.

I wanted an affordable pc to resume playing world of warcraft. It works great! Packaging was excellent and the PC lighting is cool and fun. Great for adults who want a cheap gamer pc Update... I quickly figured out the hard drive is misrepresented. You will need more hard drive space if you want to install more than 1 game... It is just the 138gb that is solid state. I added an external hard drive to resolve, it's still an okay deal because of the video card.

Didn't run some games well even at low graphics and im talking about games that are few years old or older. Having trouble with graphics card I believe cutting out or something because it goes black screen or gray with lines, this is prob 3 months in? Disappointed. Shoulda bought better one for 100$ more with better CPU. You cant install windows 11 on this...yeah they didn't say anything about that, was upset about that too.
