The keyboard and mouse don’t light up but they are good quality. The computer itself DOES light up and I was overjoyed, so many options and you can adjust the brightness. Storage capacity is amazing, as long as you’ve got good internet it runs very smoothly, even on Genshin Impact which u was worried about. I had no problems connecting to WiFi. Windows 10 will be obsolete in November 2025 still JUNK FROM CANADA NO REFUND RIP OFF BUYER BEWARE
I was completely upset beside myself could not believe the piece of junk that I had paid over $400 for. The lights on the front of it that make it look good on the picture or just those little strip lats that you can get 100 foot for five dollars and most of the USB ports don’t work in the back or the VGA they had to send me a SSD Because it wasn’t in there I had to put it in myself when I first got it. I plugged up. It started getting hot. I was like oh no so I ran a diagnostics on it and the motherboard fan was not working. I am disabled and there’s no way I can get this thing back to them. I had to make it work. I took the side off to find that it was full of a packing material that was made from the stuff that goes around windows quick seal or something like that, it had been placed in there a sack and I guess activated to keep the part for moving or anything. They don’t tell you that I took it out. I know it overheated so that’s gonna take away from the life of it. I was able to put the SSD in , the company did send me that just in a bag. I didn’t even know what it was. I had to figure it out. I communicated with them through email after email. They say a year warranty on it but there’s no way that I would let it go until I got my money up, I can’t believe that they can sell a computer with an operating system that’s gonna be obsolete in a little over a year and on this computer it’s not upgradable some of them are, but this one is not. I wish I had my money back, but it is what it is, I just hope I can help somebody else before they get suckered by this company. Shame on Amazon for letting this happen. Good deal, serves its purpose well
This is the 4th refurbished Dell computer I've purchased and they've all been solid performers. I got a small tower system that was label as a gaming PC so I could play Star Citizen with the grandkids. The Nvidia card included in the purchase performs adequately - the only hiccup seems to be the boot up screen (that says Dell) is a wreck but after about 2 seconds we're at my Windows login and it looks great on my 32" monitor. The 3Tb D: drive is a little noise but works well as my data drive. The SSD works well and has enough room to run the OS and Star Citizen from it without any problems so far. There are two dongles included thst aren't labeled but it appears that one is the network interface and the other shows up in my system devices as a headphone interface, but the system doesn't come with headphones. The internal speaker sound sucks, so be sure you have headphones or external speaker system. I love LEDs and ambient lighting so the aesthetic of this system fit right in with my other computer and overall studio vibe. I logged in as the pre-installed "user", added myself as another user on the system, assigned Admin access and then logged in as myself and removed the User account so "claiming" the system was easy. I put tha machine to work dowloading game files. The network stays connected while in use but does seem to have some kind of inactivity timer. I haven't checked the router data to see if I'm actually disconnecting and reconnecting or if the adapter itself just goes to sleep or something, but it hasn't timed out during active use. Depending on what's in the autoexec file, the computer has network hiccups for about the first half a minute it's on, like it takesonger to activate the wireless network dongles than expected. However, for less than $400 I got 32gb ram, 3 and half terabytes of storage, a 6 gb video card and pretty lights. I'm happy with the purchase. ... show more

Definitely a good pc for the price
It's not what I was expecting exactly but it's definitely better than what it could be for the price of a refurbished pc and everything seems to be working in perfect order and the only thing I didn't like was the 250 watt psu but luckily I had a 540 watt psu on hand and just had to order an adapter for the 24 pin connector on my psu the pc only has 8 pins but sfter getting the adapter and getting the new psu set up it has worked very well and I'm thoroughly satisfied 😌 ... show more

What a great product
My rebuild pc showed up packaged very well... I know enough about computers to fix some common things. The boot device was set wrong but once I changed it everything worked perfectly. The wifi adapter included worked just fine. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase. Included tech support number which I did not need... overall a great purchase. As described with all components working great! I swapped out the PSU for a 700 watt supply. The included PSU is way under power for the unit. Buyer Beware Not a Gaming Computer. Less than a 1 star
This was the second PC we purchased after returning the first one, believing the erratic hard shutdowns were just a fluke. Fast forward to this seller. We didn’t notice the shutdown behavior right away but after about 80 days noticed the graphics card failed. We replaced the graphics card and within two weeks the computer started shutting down after less than 40 minutes of game play. We then had some computer experts diagnose the shutdown issues. They found the following: 1) Big Issue: The PC Main Power Supply is 290 watts. The GTX 1660 Super requires a power supply greater than 450 watts. 2) This computer is not a genuine Windows 10 computer. It has been upgraded from a Windows 7 to 10. So when you pressure test the computer with simulation software the computer can repeatedly hard shutdown in less than 5 minutes. More than likely the cause of the first Video card failing due to under powering it and erratic hard shutdowns. The company did warranty the first video card. However after the issue fell outside of the 90 day window they would not offer a return on the computer even though it’s no longer usable as a gaming PC due to the power supply. So Amazon and the seller would not help and we are out $400. Save your money and upgrade to something better. It’s unfortunate to try and explain this to your child that was their initial Christmas present. Do better Amazon and your sellers that somehow are a 3rd party through your “Amazon renewed store” ... show more

Good Basic PC, Needs Improvements.
I bought this computer for my girlfriend so that she can have a decent pc for games and so that we can game together. If you are like me, you have researched a PC that will handle the most graphicly demanding games you play. I have done that before purchasing this one. Just to put this into perspective, I have replaced numerous components on my personal pc that I have been upgrading for years. So let's break this down. 1. Like all other reviews said, DO NOT expect the Wi-Fi to work properly. Buy your own Wi-Fi adapter or use an ethernet cable. You maybe limited to where the computer is located, but if you like where it is, then not a problem. 2. GET A NEW POWER SUPPLY. You need to get a better power supply. My PC was running a NVIDIA GTX 1660 single fan, the fan stopped working so I replaced it with a 1660 Super OC, a little different than this computer. The reason I am saying this is because when I originally upgraded my GPU to play my more demanding games, I had to upgrade my power supply. This leads me to my main complaint. The GTX 1660 needs a 475 watt power supply minimum to run decent games. One of my girlfriend's games crashed and the pc would disconnect from HDMI. Also when I put the new power supply in, I noticed that they added multiple SATA and PCI-e connectors to supply power to the GPU. When the GPU is not supplied with enough power it will crash. This PC crashed multiple times before I replaced the supply. I have not had any issues with it crashing since then. You can get a 700 Watt power supply for under $100. 2.1 When I reported the power supply issue to customer service they wanted me to return it for another pc. I was not about to do that because I would still have to buy a new power supply regardless. 2.2 Word of advise before replacing the power supply please get the pc model and download the manual from Dell so that you know where everything is inside. There was a peice of hardware that I needed to take out and put back in because I was not getting power after connecting the new supply. What started off as a 10 minute installation took a little longer. I had to do a hard reset of the pc, (not windows, so files were not effected). There were also some issues loading windows up after, but I think that was something I did. 3. It can get a little noisy. I have had loud computers before, this is not one of them, however the fan can run a little loud compared to normal fans, other than that it is virtually silent. 4. The LED lights keeps turning on by themselves. Not a big concern, but they also cycle through the different modes without touching the remote. Now the good stuff. This is short don't worry. Aside from the few issues we had, this is a great starter PC. The CPU (Intel i-7) is and older version, but it is powerfull enough to do what is needed. The graphics card is great and plays most games you can think of. The amount of memory is not bad either. It is easy to switch to where you are downloading your files. Connecting via ethernet cord is probably the best since we don't move the computer arround. Keyboard and mouse are good. USB ports all work, they even closed off the port that links to the integrated gpu slot so you connect to the correct graphics card. It runs smooth and boots up fast. All in all, it is not a bad pc, that is why it got 3 stars. I expected to have some issues due to not paying for a brand new PC and that is okay. I just was not expecting to have to spend nearly $100 for a power supply. For those that are researching for a good gaming PC under $500, My purchase is a Dell Optiplex 9010. Look at the original specs on Dell's website before making a decision to buy this one. ... show more

Fastest gaming experience for the price.
Bought one for my daughter, hoping my two other kids can get their act together so I can buy two more. Plays all the new titles at high fps. First she tested Call of Duty Warzone 2. We selected performance on the graphics, but hey didnt have to touch anything else the game was running like butter. Honestly for the price you cant complain. I payed 500$ for a 1660super not very long ago, wish I had this deal then. ... show more
