I bought this PC for my daughter for Christmas yet upon unpacking it does not include a power cord. Overlooking this PC I am comparing it to the description and it only includes two USB 3.0 not four it does not have a Wi-Fi card. It only has a little USB stick for Wi-Fi that being said, the Wi-Fi speed is terrible, I can’t even connect 15 feet away from the router. Keep in mind I have a nighthawk router this thing is top-notch. I personally own a cyber power PC and I am at least 100 feet away from the router and I’m currently sitting at 300 MB sec. I have tried over and over and I cannot get Windows 10 to reboot. I have to now call and get an activation code that actually works. This company is very shady. I am not happy with my purchase at all is marked as like new when it showed up, it was covered in dents and scratches and black tape over some of the heavy dents you’ll find a better deal somewhere else it might look cheap, but it also comes that way and it is not worth getting excited. It started good now the graphics card or something is no longer running right, the graphics card runs way too hot way to offen , the driver box for the fans or the LEDs was lose in the case.

Mine didnt clme with the free mouse and on my keyboard the combination of Alt R does not seem to work. Alt works fine and R works fine but just not in combination.

Unfortunately for me this was a no go from the start. I unpacked it and plugged it in and immediately got a bad power supply fan error. It gave me a few options so I had it run the diagnostics to make sure it wasn't just a hard start. Same deal. While this is refurbished, I at least expected it to get past the POST and turn on. Good luck on future sales, but I initiated my return and won't be purchasing any more refurbished items from this store. ... show more

Stuck on Dell screen, they must have just thrown it in a box without ever even turning it on. you should not be able to sell on amazon, scam company
