DO NOT BUY. I bought this as a gift for my 12 year old for Christmas. It was weird to set up and we had to do some troubleshooting because it was stuck initially trying to get us to log in to some school district. We were able to get it to work eventually and now here we are after about 2 months and it just would no longer turn on. He wasn’t using it for much besides playing some Roblox and Minecraft maybe every couple of days so the use was moderate at best. I thought, ok, things happen, so I decided I would just let them send me a replacement. Well, today I plugged in the replacement I was just sent and, I kid you not, IT STARTED SMOKING. This is not only a bad product, it is a dangerous one. They are clearly just slapping some glitter skin and some pretty lights and not even making sure if it is safe or functional. Do yourself a huge favor and do NOT buy from this seller/“refurbisher”.

This pc is great! The graphics card is a decent card for if you want to play demanding games on low settings! It loads quickly! You should probably buy a different keyboard than the one they give you because you its not great!

I would absolutely not recommend buying this, at all, Firstly the case is awfull, poor airflow, wich could overheat, and no room to upgrade (though that last one is less of a problem) The computer right out the box is god awfull even with the cases design being spray painted with glitter, preformance wise its not great, the Cpu isint “top of the line” or anytbing so it 100% needs an upgrade, the rx550 is pretty outdated and i reccomend a 580 if your low on budget, also do not plug in any devices this thing comes with, it will 100% install malware, whats this disguised as? Take a guess its the rgb controller, companys like to use these controllers as malware to take advantage of your computers specs and use it for crypto mining, by the way the gpu will start spiking as signs of this. The gpu Controller is outdated when its pre-installed, the case isn't even put together right so usb ports can be blocked off aswell as audio ports. Also this computer is 100% not clean either, god awful. I wouldint even reccomend touching the keyboard monitor or mouse it comes with, its all super sketchy. Reportedly with its parts should run well alone; but this things sketchy as hell and boosted with malware so your better off buying the parts yourself off somewhere like newegg. Also just to mention whoever even built these computers clearly werent thinking right, im seeing amd parts on a del computer wich is certianly not reccomended. Overall i would not reccomend this computer, if your gonna buy it, buy a new case, new graphics driver+card, problably a new cpu, a new powerbank, and dont use anything it comes with, just buy an on brand wifi adapter and bluetooth adapter.

The media could not be loaded. Received my desktop and keyboard today, it also came with the mouse which I wasn’t expecting. I will update after some time if anything goes wrong but overall it looks fantastic. Keyboard and mouse were brand new. The RBG lights work on all 3 items. I like the black glitter vinyl they put on the desktop tower personally although a piece of it was kind of crooked but that’s just an application issue by whoever applied it. It’s cute. I just bought this for college work not gaming. So hopefully it lasts me a good while. I had no issues with setup of windows or anything with the windows software digital license. It started right up and activated. So far so good. Update : 1 day later. I did some researching and did all the system updates it was showing when I checked. And upon further digging this processor isn’t compatible to be updated with windows 11, so that’s disappointing because windows 10 stops receiving updates after October 2025. Just be aware if you buy any of these it can only run Win10. I saw a review about this which is what prompted me to check mine.

Processor NOT as advertised. Advertised as having an I5-6500, which is bad enough as it cannot update to Windows11, but it ACTUALLY has an I5-4210H processor. Additionally, the GPU is non-functional and has never functioned. We attempted to communicate with seller, but we were stalled over and over again until the return window had expired. Furthermore, we purchased the protection plan, and even had the confirmation number and plan number, but the warranty company denies we purchased it and would not honor. Stay away. Stay FAR away.
