DO NOT BUY. I bought this as a gift for my 12 year old for Christmas. It was weird to set up and we had to do some troubleshooting because it was stuck initially trying to get us to log in to some school district. We were able to get it to work eventually and now here we are after about 2 months and it just would no longer turn on. He wasn’t using it for much besides playing some Roblox and Minecraft maybe every couple of days so the use was moderate at best. I thought, ok, things happen, so I decided I would just let them send me a replacement. Well, today I plugged in the replacement I was just sent and, I kid you not, IT STARTED SMOKING. This is not only a bad product, it is a dangerous one. They are clearly just slapping some glitter skin and some pretty lights and not even making sure if it is safe or functional.     • Fire Hazard!
We plugged in the computer and turned it on, smoke started billowing out of the front of it. When we opened the case, wires were melted and it appears like parts weren't installed properly. A HUGE disappointment on Christmas morning.
