  • Wonderful
Style: 16 GB RAM | 1 TB SSD
I am not using this as a gamming computer and it is not speced to be able to be a gamming computer. But this is perfect for an every day school or work desktop. It is so quiet I freaked out when I turned it on. It loads up quickly, and I have had zero issues with connecting to the internet, or any wireless devices (Printer, etc). It was the perferct sixe, much smaller than what I had been using, and much lighter than it as well. Which meant that it was easy to hook up to keyboard, monitor and mouse. With more than enough USB connection ports. It is in perfect condition and I would recommend this computer for anyone looking for a PC for regular use. ... show more

  • It could run most games at playable frames
Style: I5/RX 550
Really good for its price It can run Black ops six at 40 to 50 frames on the lowest settings It can run red dead redemption, two at a steady 40 FPS on low settings It can run Apex legends at 80 FPS to 70 And they can run games like high on life around 40 FPS.

  • Not worth it. Seems a bargain but it just isn't worth the hassle.
Style: 16 GB RAM | 1 TB SSD
Bought this due to the low price and the promise of a quality refurbished product. But it caused mayhem with my eero mesh wifi and screwed up the color on my new Dell UHD display. Additionally, it required an enormous amount of updating. Returned it and opted for the GMKtec mini PC M5 which is a fantastic little piece of work! Inexpensive, small footprint and highly capable! Don't buy this refurbished rubbish! ... show more

  • Good deal, but not accurate description
Style: I5/RX 550
I paid $219 for my refurbished desktop. If I paid more, I'd be returning it for a refund, but at this price, I'm willing to deal with the issues. There is some false advertising in the item description, and some partial truth as well. I wanted something cheap that ran windows 11 and bought this before doing all my homework. There are a couple important things to be aware of with this computer: (this is probably the most important) #1) this CPU isn't technically supported by windows 11 as it's a 6th gen intel processor. Windows 11 only truly supports 8th gen+ intel processors, so there's a decent chance this computer will lose support at some point in the future. There are workarounds to install Win 11 on outdated CPU's (which is probably what the refurbishers did), but it's anybody's guess as to how long they'll actually receive updates. If windows stops allowing updates on this rig, you'll need to either switch to a different OS like linux (which is my plan if I get "obsoleted") or upgrade your motherboard, CPU, and probably upgrade to DDR4 or 5 RAM, which will all cost you a couple hundred bucks or more depending on how highly you want to upgrade. #2) this does not have DDR4 RAM. It has DDR3 RAM. I was wondering if the 6th gen processor and motherboard could handle DDR4, and I suspect the board is probably too old to handle DDR4 technology. What makes this slightly even worse, is that the task manager says all 4 slots are being used, so there are 4 cheap 4 GB DDR3 sticks, which may have an effect on stability of the system. 3) This may only affect me since my tech is generally old, but I had to buy new cords to connect to my monitor. The outputs include 2 mini-DisplayPort and 1 regular DisplayPort. I only have VGA and HDMI, so I had to order more from amazon and wait a few more days before I could get it set up. 4) the wifi and bluetooth seem unstable. They're both plugged into USB ports, rather than built in. I've had the wifi drop a few times in the ~1 hour having it up and running. Not a huge concern for me as I'll be hardwiring it in and I doubt I'll ever utilize bluetooth on it. Having said the negative, there are a few things I do like about this desktop as well 1) good value - this comes with a decent (but kind of old) processor, a 4 gb graphics card (which is more than enough for me), a 1 TB SSD and it came with a mouse and keyboard, which feel pretty cheap but still work out of the box. 2) my kids like the LED lights. I don't love how sparkly it is, but they do. 3) if I have to switch to linux, this thing should be a plenty powerful, stable machine for a lot of years. 4) it's nice and small ... show more

  • Giving the Dell 7050 a good rating with some comments....
Style: 16 GB RAM | 1 TB SSD
Giving it a good rating with some comments......Pluses: A nice Dell Windows 11 desktop for the price, and setup was more or less easy. Minuses: Was unaware that CD player is not included, what appears to be a CD player is a blank. Also, if you are using a VGA monitor, you will have to purchase an HDMI to VGA converter to hook up your monitor. ... show more

  • The Perfect Windows 11 Solution
Style: 16 GB RAM | 1 TB SSD
I needed an updated CPU/motherboatd so I could upgrade to Windows 11. I did not want a new monitor, audio system, keyboard or mouse. All I wanted was an Intel i5 processor, updated memory, and Windows 11. This was the perfect solution. The price was right. No useless software, no advertisements, and no no games added. Perfect. Everything was plug 'n play and set-up was easy. All my files automatically set themselves up from the Microsoft One Drive cloud. I was up and runnig in no time. Even registration was automatic. Just create a Dell account and everything takes card of itself. ... show more
