This model is a few years old, and originally came with windows 8.1 (yuck!) RefurbTek updated the RAM to 32GB and the HD to 1TB SSD; the CPU is Intel Core-I7 3.6GHZ. They installed Windows 10. They include a printed sheet with tips and phone numbers and email support. It boots in < 5 seconds from when you see DELL on the screen, until you are ready to login. They included a Wi-Fi adapter (if you use it, don't plug it in until after you set up the machine). The motherboard has one VGA (old style) monitor connector and 2 Display port connectors. For those of you that only have a monitor with HDMI, they include a Display Port to HDMI adapter, too. I had an issue with Windows Activation. I called the number listed on the sheet that came inside, (had to wait for Monday as this was a Sunday), and an actual person answered. He walked me though the issue and we got it activated. Short version - excellent customer service. Some have said that they use cheap parts on these refurbs. Time will tell but so far the machine, and the price, are GREAT! thanks guys. I'm not a gamer, I didn't need tech support, nor able to establish value. I bought this as an upgrade to one of my older desktop computer. I have to say that I had some issues transferring the hard drive contents from the old one to the new. I'm a retired IT guy, so most issues were admittedly self-inflicted. I purchased the six months ago, used it, maybe two dozen times and now it won’t even turn on and I have to try to get all of my information off of the computer, if it’s possible. Do not buy this computer, it should have lasted longer than, roughly 20 times of using it. When I reached out to the seller, they told me tough, your pasture 90 days so, eat it!
