The pc works amazing and it comes everything it says but my only complaint is the keyboard has some keys that don’t work. Update: I’ve demoted to 3 stars instead of 4 because as I realized in the description it says it comes with a GT 1030 2gb gpu but mine came with a rx 550 4gb gpu which is slightly better but even though it’s better the description still says something that’s not true (at least for mine) ... show more

This would have been a 5 star review except for one issue which I'll address after the good stuff. Computer arrived quickly and the box was in excellent shape. Computer was packed securely and all included items arrived in perfect condition. I have been playing an online multi-person video game and my 15 year old computer just couldn't process the game well. I could not afford to purchase a modern gaming computer so when I came across this computer the price was perfect. The computer installed easy (had to change my monitor's connection to HDMI) but everything else was a swap across. Programs updated and it runs great. My video game runs flawlessly and is so much more fun to play. Now the issue of the 5th star. I ran a complete virus scan of the system and programs using Aura computer security and it found a trojan virus in one of the installed programs. It was quarantined and eliminated and subsequent scan produced no other issues. Not sure if the company who provided the tower scanned the programs after referb but maybe it would be a good idea to do that and see if the previous owner invited a bug into the system. Over all I am very pleased with my purchase and for the value an excellent product. Highly recommend this product, just run a virus scan on referb'ed computers just in case of a hiding bug. ... show more
