I am rating the device, not the seller, because the seller was great, but the laptop has a major fatal flow, the mouse pad is unusable, it is a relatively new style that is all pad, no buttons, so touching anywhere on the pad is a click, how much is too hard? a feather touch, use the settings to control the sensitivity? NO NO NO, apparently one setting fits all, because no ability to control sensitivity, only way to use this laptop is disable the mouse pad and use an external mouse, this makes an otherwise nice laptop unusable, up until now, dell had one of the best mouse pad control software, but not anymore ... show more

It has a PCIe ssd, not a SATA, but there is space-I didn't have the cable, so I bought and installed 1tb PCIe. Otherwise, the unit looks and functions as new, battery lasts a long time. Good value

First unit keyboard had more than a few keys that were worn out, made the laptop almost unusable. Ordered a replacement thru Amazon and it was delivered in two days. The replacement unit is flawless. Judging from the key pad it looks like its never been used.

When I started the computer it told me that the power adapter it came with was underpowered. When I rebooted it, it told me the battery was near the end of its useful life and needed to be replaced. I returned it!
