First off, I bought this laptop because I really like Dell's. Yes they are heavier than other brands and the battery life is not great but that's something I knew going in. What I didn't expect was the screen flashes, a glitchy mousepad and BIOS errors during startup. Despite the laptop being plugged in for an hour, I receive errors saying that startup was halted due to low battery. I'd restart it and it would be fine showing a full battery. Other times it shuts off and when I boot the laptop back up I receive BIOS errors that the fan is faulty. For those who don't know, this is a VERY bad sign. It could be that the fan is going bad or it could mean that the motherboard, which controls the fan, is faulty. I am in the IT field so I knew how to run diagnostics. It showed no errors (which means Dell won't replace it) but Dell diagnostics are notorious for being unreliable. Definitely steer clear of this one ... show more

It saddens me when i find that sellers lied about their products. It says the average battery life is 12 hours !!?? ... I say BS !! i just purchased it 10 days ago and it doesnt last more than 4 hours MAX ! and that's just with plain browsing on firefox without any other program in the background !! the laptop specs are good enough. but the battery thing makes me sad and bitter. ... show more

I liked the laptop's quality for its price its cpu is good gpu is good for 3d rendering editing and work I tried gaming on it but it gets really hot like 90c so I would not advice it for gaming It has a touch screen which is Amazing I haven't really tested battery life The seller has a great support very efficient ... show more
