Appearance: Small case, good for tight areas. Part of the case covering was peeling when it came out of the box. If you don't like the case cover you can peel it off. Mouse and keyboard have a fairly cheap feel but light weight, no side buttons on mouse. Kids liked the lights. Performance: This is a good set up for office, school, and cloud gaming at 60 FPS. Requires Display Port connection. Will not support epic games launcher but does run X-box for pc game launcher and PS plus launcher. Most games work with low settings. Fortnite works best through Amazon Luna but is capped at 60 FPS. Blue tooth works good and wifi connection is awesome. Speaker is good and audio Jacks work perfectly. I've had zero issues with equipment, overheating, or software. Downside: You will need to get a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter or buy a DisplayPort cable if monitor supports DisplayPort connection. Neither is included. Exceeded requirements for Epic games launcher, however, it can not run it. Required to play games through cloud streaming, which limits FPS. Happy with this purchase. Got what I wanted for the price. I will purchase an upgraded PC through the same company, in the near future. ... show more

    • A few things to know before you buy
So I was looking for a new desktop since mine finally died. I work from home so I needed something under $200 for our budget. A few things to know before you buy this. This does NOT come with HDMI so you will need to buy a Display Port adapter. Picked 1 up at Walmart. ( $30.00 ) The Wi-Fi adapter that it comes with, replace it! Mine didn’t work. I bought a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth adapter off of Amazon. ($13.00 ) once I got it connected I had to reset it because mine came up a school district I’ve never heard of. Not a big deal at all. Reset worked and I was able to get into everything! Super fast! I haven’t been able to get my dvd player on it to open. Green light flashes but nothing pops open. Wasn’t need for the Wi-Fi Bluetooth adapter anyways. A little hassle but in the end totally worth the price! The lights on the keyboard and mouse are really cool! Going to have to fight my grandkids from wanting to play on it tho lol. Tons of space on there for what I need. If I ever need more I will look into getting that taken care of. Haven’t gotten any games in it yet either. I mainly play the Sims so hopefully that will work with this. If not that’s ok as it’s mainly used for work anyways! ... show more

Ordered for 12 year old as a beginner gaming pc. Fortnite was laggy...wouldn't load Modern Warfare or Halo. Returning and spending a good amount on a PC that can handle more than Roblox. Wifi (as other reviewers stated) was sketch and had to hardwire into our ethernet. I read the reviews and thought it would be ok. I was wrong! Upon further research...these are basically office computers with a new shiny outside and advertised as a gaming computer. I spoke to a computer company about add ons to make it useable for our son...it'd be another $300...for that plus the cost of the computer, just buy one with everything you want/need. ... show more

    • Surprisingly good computer!!
The media could not be loaded. It was kinda hard to setup at first as it wouldn't turn on and wouldn’t connect to my monitor, but it eventually fixed itself. I’m assuming that it wasn’t turning on due to it being without power for so long. It probably just needed some time to gain enough power to turn on again. Other than that, the computer is super fast and surprisingly VERY great for the price!! It was very easy to setup Windows, and I love the changing colors!! The only other complaint I have is that the WiFi adapter that came in the box is kinda slow and has connection issues, I’d suggest getting a different one on Amazon. If you can’t do that, you can also use your phone as an Ethernet connection which is what I’m doing now. Overall this is a very good product!! Would recommend :) ... show more

Took it out the box it looked very nice, once plugged up the power button will not stay on. As soon as you release the button the power clicks right back off. Tried the help videos and it did not work. I am now waiting on contact back from the seller. Update... While waiting for seller we opened the side pannel that had a latch and a white clip was unplugged. The computer is now working great. ... show more

I run FIVEM on my pc almost everyday even when I’m not home and I’m told by a lot of people on servers I join it’s good enough because the people that spend time making a pc make sure they don’t encounter that and for it being as cheap as I got it for they told me it’s a steal so ima take that ... show more

    • For Basic Computer Needs.
I purchased this item for my daughter to play a few light games which it can't really do. Opened it up to find that it has very inexpensive components. GPU was decent (Intel I5), MoBo was basic, RAM (DDR3) was mismatched and clearly had been used for a while. I tried to put some gaming RAM in, but then could not reassemble because there is literally no room for even the heatsink. No way to really expand this PC to improve it's performance. If you need a flashy little PC for word processing or watching low quality YouTube videos, this is a pretty okay deal. If you need any sort of performance other than that, look elsewhere. ... show more
