DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This says it has built in CD_RW IT DOES NOT, and after haggling with them got enough to buy an add on but that is more plugs and wires to have on my desk. And after spending lots of time downloading my docs, photos, apps, etc., and setting up this one. Yesterday it would not download a security update and a pop up said system would not support windows 11. So I called STG tech support and they said this computer did not support windows 11 that they used a bypass to put it on and that the system might not (well it didn't) allow updates to be installed or function normally and offered me a lousy $50 or return it and then have to wipe my docs and then do it all over again with another computer. They claim this is completely legal but if it actually is, in my opinion is it completely unethical and they should not be allowed to sell on Amazon claiming things have CD-RW when they don't and putting products on computers that will not function correctly. Have done more research and this is what I have found: This PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements for running Windows 11 - these requirements help ensure a more reliable and higher quality experience. Installing Windows 11 on this PC is not recommended and may result in compatibility issues. If you proceed with installing Windows 11, your PC will no longer be supported and won't be entitled to receive updates. Damages to your PC due to lack of compatibility aren't covered under the manufacturer warranty. By selecting Accept, you are acknowledging that you read and understand this statement. And, While technically possible using registry edits like oobe\bypassnro, using a bypass to install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware is not considered accepted practice by Microsoft. It is a user-driven workaround that risks system instability, missing security updates, and potential loss of manufacturer warranty support ... show more

I was a little shook up from some of these reviews before I ordered, but for what it is, this is a pretty impressive bundle. Bought for my girlfriend to play steam games with and it works perfectly. Has no issues running any game like PEAK, RV There Yet, REPO, or Content warning. Also will play Sims 4 no problem. Graphics card is a LOW PROFILE card and can be replaced with a gtx3050 LP for 200 dollars if you want to try to run games in higher quality. Has a fair enough amount of ram and will work. Memory is 500gb but you could buy a better sata drive and replace it if you'd like. But 500gb is perfect for casual gaming. It shipped FAST and arrived intact, packed very appropriately in box. Comes with everything you need, wifi dongle works great. Keyboard mouse and headset all feel cheap and probably are but they work, they are also WIRED so everyone is aware. Monitor is solid! No issues provides a great picture. RGB everywhere is cool if your into that too. Set up was easy but I certainly know my way around these things, but they do provide some instruction for setup and also provide technical support. Stickers on the back showing you where to plug in your video connection is smart because most people wouldn't plug their hdmi into the gpu if they didn't have the stickers on it. Overall I can say confidently this is a great deal, I wouldn't think twice about buying it again (so I did and am currently waiting on my second one) and will speak highly of STG for providing a budget pc build that won't break your wallet and still does what you need. Had the partition in the hard drive corrupt about a month after purchase. Local computer engineer had to re-image the hard drive. Despite Windows 11 coming installed, the engineer said the hardware couldn't support it, so now it sports Windows 10. So far, been running well after the repair. A little anemic for current games, but hard to beat price for a homeschooling machine. Came with a Bluetooth dongle and a WiFi one as well which was a thoughtful touch ... show more

This PC arrived a day early and was even better than I expected. Setup was super simple. I already have a Microsoft Account so once the PC updated itself out of the box, and I entered in the creds for Microsoft, I was off and running. The SSD make installing the extra software super fast. This PC will be absolutely PERFECT for my needs, which is live-streaming our church services. The Intel HD 630 onboard graphics processor will be perfect for streaming 1080p @ 30fps. Plus, this machine can also drive 3-4 monitors and it came with a bonus VGA port that I wanted, but didn't know it was going to have so that was a SUPER win. We have 2 monitors and a projector. This machine is beefy enough with its 32GB RAM and i-7 processor to run our Presentation software while simultaneously running OBS to stream out to Facebook and YouTube. My favorite part is that it did not break the bank. This is a budget solution that delivers perfectly and will function well into the future. 10 USB port with both 2.0 and 3.0 means it will be compatible with anything I hook up to it long into the future as well. ... show more
