    • Boot up stalls at Welcome screen
Wifi glitchy, requires 3x reset adaptor, won't find external USB HD, won't come out of sleep, requires 3x cold reboot, then standard reboot, then reset wifi adaptor, slow, an impossible machine. There's a reason these things are returned, no amount of 'refurbished' fixes them. (Wifi died again sending this review). Itliterally taxes over 15 mins to reboot! Update: The machine just died. It won't boot past the 'Welcome' screen, wasted hours trying to boot in safe mode, bootable media, etc, such a ghastly, awful machine, absolutely nothing but trouble. I shall not ever purchase another Dell product, new, used or refurbished, they break. I have no warrantee left, as is typical, they're probably sabotage or infected with some kind of bomb that goes off just after warrantee is over to try to get you to buy another. This seller, 'Refurbanana' has some nerve passing this off as a refurbished computer, it's been terrible from the start. ... show more

    • Defects
The screen has a purplish blemish in the very center of the screen. The SD card reader does not operate. The back of the case (upper right) was not closed (although it was easy to snap back together). For a refurbished unit advertised as used but in excellent condition it was certainly not inspected very well! I only use this computer to run a CNC machine so I can overlook these defects but others may not be able to do so. ... show more

This is the second one I purchased within the last month. I was so pleased with it that I ordered another for my sister-in-law, who needed an upgrade. The all in one has the best features. When she received hers, and realized that it did not function, even without the power cord and wifi adapter, she began to notice that there were cracks in the monitor area and the back plate was cracked and became open. I tried to advise the sender but no luck and after a frustrating period we both gave up. I wish there was another, similar to mine, as it has all the features needed.
