After shopping for many weeks, I bought this computer for my wife for just over $200. It is an unbelievable deal for price-performance. Unlike many of the other low-end computers we viewed, we are very price conscious, this machine tags all the bases for a home run. It runs on Windows 11 and updates will provide security for years to come. The 32GB DDR4 RAM, although not state of the art , is respectable in both quantity and speed. Most of the computers we reviewed would make us choose between a tiny SSD or a comfortable HDD forcing a choice between very slow processing and cramped speed, this computer has a 1TB SSD, and a fast I7 processor that makes easy work of large and small complex tasks. The 4K HDMI port and intel on-board video GPU produces crystal clear flicker free graphics and effects, although we are far from high-end video users. This computer features a DVD drive with burn capability, an old feature valuable to us. It allows our special needs son to run movies or programs from our archives. Finally, one of my favorite features, being a fan of robotics and computer-based electronics, this computer has a massive number of the USB ports. I purchased this Dell Optiplex 9020 Small Form Factor Desktop with Intel Core i7-4770 Upto 3.9GHz, HD Graphics from SkyTech USA LLC, March 2023. In the two years and 7 months I've owned this refurbished unit it only had two issues. Both times I received an error message that the rear fan wasn't working, yet after rebooting the unit worked fine on both occasions. This unit was supper quiet. I'd plan to buy again. The unit is fine but the Windows 10 operating system no longer offers support. So I'm looking for another unit. ... show more

This was a terrible experience because I invested far more time getting no where than the computer cost. My 95 yo mom needed a replacement computer to surf web. send emails, watch youtube, this claimed "refurbished" unit claimed to have a "fresh" Win 10 Pro install. 1) The computer did not have any documentation or paper work in box. 2) I kept getting walmart page asking for my walmart employee email or security code. 3) I typed in the various service codes on back the Dell with no success. 4) I bought a 3 year warranty from Asurion. I spent a lot of time with 3 different techs trying to do a master reset. One Asurion tech told me to buy USB flash drives over 16 Gig I did and the other two techs stated they did not know why I needed those USB drives, I told them they were going to help me download some updated win 10 pro software according to them, the next 2 techs said that's not true it can't happen they don't have that capability. 5) Asurion forwarded my call to Dell. Dell told me I need to buy a service agreement from them so i hung up and called Asurion back. 6) USTecno was the seller and Hitech Bay Inc, Scarborough Ontario claimed to have refurbished it and shipped it. I called these people a number of times and kept getting hung up on so I went to website and sent message. I never heard back from them. 7) I called Back Asurion, the tech told me it means Walmart had locked out the ability to reset software and obviously the refurbisher never updated software like advertised or tested it. Basically junk from Walmart that was unusable was shipped to Hitech, they didn't do anything and shipped the junk to me. 8) I have to send the junk back now. 9) I have an enormous amount of time and frustration with this experience, the lies, the hassle, no service. 9) Amazon was great in giving me a refund! 10) Bad experience all the way around, I guess I should have known better. ... show more

This is the second computer I have bought from the seller. The first one I bought a couple of years ago. It worked right out of the box and I never had an issue until recently. I got a virus and I'm still waiting on getting it back from the IT guy. I got the new one because they're really cheap and powerful and I wanted another computer for my office. It was delivered very fast, I set it up right away and this time it was kind of glitchy. A lot of screen flashing, the mouse was working only sporadically. Even though I was having these issues I continued to try to set it up. I tried to download some of the programs that I have on my other computer and they would download almost the whole thing then stop. I thought it was an internet issue cause it kept dropping the connection. The next day I went to try again and once I started up, it froze. Kept having this happen so I called the phone number given in the box. The lady on the phone was very nice. Once I was done explaining to her what was happening she said that they would send me a new one right away. She said that they would send a packaging label with the new one to send the one that didn't work back. So now I'm waiting to see. If it's anything like the first one I bought I would bump this up to 5 stars. ... show more
