    • Great value with fast shipping and quick response from seller
I am very happy with this purchase. It is an amazing deal for the price and the seller was very quick to respond and resolve some issues I was having initially. When I received the package, there was a hole in the side of the main box and the mouse packed inside was damaged. Everything was very well packaged and I do not blame the seller for this, it was obvious that UPS was a little rough with the package. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent out a replacement mouse. I was also having difficulty with a monitor, there were some issues with the picture and the menu button was not working properly, but I contacted the seller and they immediately offered to replace it. I sent it back and received high quality replacement and am very pleased with the entire package. While there were initially some issues at first, the seller was very fast and responsive and was on top of things and got it sorted out rapidly and I’m very happy with this purchase. The peripherals are kind of cheap, but for the price, that’s what I would expect. Everything functions well and I am just surprised at the overall value of this package and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a decent budget office desktop system with dual monitors. ... show more

Where to start... Ordered this for my daughter so she could play some games on it. DO NOT buy from this company, it takes them weeks to fix. Yes it's refurbished and it's a good price BUT this company should have made sure it was in working order prior to shipping it out. After weeks of back and forth we finally found out it was a bad hard drive. After another 1 1/2 weeks of waiting for the new hard drive to arrive NO ONE ever called to walk me through installing a hard drive after notifying the tech who helped me on the phone. Luckily my daughter is smart enough to figure it out so now she has a perfectly good computer no thanks to this company. Oh and do not bother trying to talk to anyone on the phone it just goes to a voicemail that is never answered or returned. They only respond by email and does not take any responsibility for the junk they sell. If I could give them negative stars or zero stars I would. This company is a joke and I hope everyone who reads this decides against buying from this company. Zero stars for customer service Zero stars for product quality ... show more

I'm starting my own agency and didnt have thousands to put into my computer setup. While I was nervous to go the refurb route, I took a chance and am glad I did! Everything came in one box very well packaged. My OCD was ecstatic to find that the monitors matched! Cables were already attached to certain components which made setup easy. I'm not tech savvy and there weren't clear instructions, so I was initially freaked out, but a little common sense and access to their support number made it quick. I didnt have to call, but knowing I could gave me confidence. Everything works beautifully and I couldn't be happier! Now clearly this is a used bundle so if you're looking for pristine perfection, you shouldn't be looking at a refurb. The monitors and tower were a little dusty, but a wipe down did the trick. One of the monitors doesn't tilt back, but I'm clever enough to have fixed it. The included keyboard is nothing special, but it does its job. So those are the "negatives", which are really just a matter of minutiae. This system could have cost a grand grand new, so I'll accept some dust for $600 savings any day! I will definitely be back if I need anything else!! ... show more

It seems to be an ok set up, but have yet to be able to finish setting it up due to both monitors have no power cords and the main computer has no power cord.

It’s unbelievable the value in this deal. The monitors are older style but everything arrived in brand new condition. I was able to transfer over all my important files over via flash drive. And now I don’t have to wait forever for start up as in my old system. Very pleased. The price of $166 was astounding for 2 monitors 2TB dvd drive. Who cares that it was refurbished it looks and performs as new. ... show more

One monitor has scratched all over it and the stand is cracked. The second monitor isn’t even useable and only half of it turns on. I am extremely disappointed on this purchase.
