    • Don't be fooled by the "Renewed Guarantee" statements, misleading.
The information stated on the product page regarding the "renewed guarantee" is misleading. You'll notice the product page is boldly and repeatedly filled with information about the "Renewed Guarantee" with several links to descriptions explaining how wonderful this guarantee is, how they want you to be completely satisfied or you can return it, "at no cost to you", for a full refund, and then, way down at the bottom at the very end of the page, in tiny print, it says "subject to return policies of the individual vendor". I am not a computer wiz, by any means, however I did my research and felt this computer would suit my needs. Then, when I received it, I was unable to get dual monitors to work (I tried several monitors and several adaptors). Some weren't even recognized, others would start but then dim so dark that I couldn't read the screen as soon as I hit a key. I tried working with just one monitor and it didn't keep up with my needs for function and speed. The options for return did not include anything where I could explain the problem, so I selected "no longer need"...it was not broken, per se, or the wrong item, it just didn't function as it should have. Apparently, that triggers and automatic restocking fee. I contacted the company and was basically told "I understand your concern" and got a link to their return policy with no offer to discuss this further. I was basically told "eh, too bad for you." I replied back and have not heard anything more. Not good customer service and misleading advertising. I was charged return shipping and a 20% restocking fee, totaling over $80. Don't get me wrong, I understand they have to go through the computer when they get it back and would be ok with a reasonable restocking fee, but that's ridiculous AND it was never mentioned in the product page anywhere. ... show more

It works and will be perfect for my teens school work during pandemic. Software starts as brandnew setup, everything works, lots of USB ports. BUT This is not a new product. Shipping on time and Packaged well, but nothing is in its original box. Screen is used scuffed n dirty, no plastic seals to remove off screens, it does swivel back-n-forth n tilts, but cant get it to adjust up and it is not the advertised black round base, mine is a heavy older silver model [see photos]. Desktop Tower has no damages has no seal stickers to remove and the disc drive has old sticker glue. Cords were sealed in UPS bubble wrap and stuffed in the cracks of packaging(no damage). The wifi/bluetooth USB was not in original packaging, so unknown of its manufacture if I have issues later. Keyboard n mouse are not Dell, but they are NEW. I read the details of this product before purchasing, it never mentioned refurbished or used. Some reviews had damaged towers they suspected in shipping. For the price of used, when I thought I was purchasing new is debatable. I'm not returning because it does work, just wish the images advertized matched the delivery. ... show more

I purchased this computer now two years ago. It has been the best work computer you could possibly purchase. I can honestly say it has paid for itself over and over again. Used for school product is great value small hiccup product was shipped without monitor but they quickly corrected it also is loud makes noises when running but computer operates well and is extremely fast
