Set name: I5/500GB/8GB/20'' Monitor
If you're planning on purchasing this for gaming then this is a solid first computer. To start, I ordered a 4th gen intel core I5 with a 20in monitor and received a 6th gen intel core with a 22in monitor. I set up a new Minecraft account and started playing but the computer was heating up really fast. After inspecting it I realized the computer had a shipping insulation tape, which, being the same color as the pc, had blended in really easy. After taking all the tape off the computer ran very nicely with virtually zero lag. Very great computer for the price! ... show more

    • Don't waste your money
Set name: I5/500GB/8GB/20'' Monitor
I can barely do basic tasks. It runs too many background processes and even more windows processes to function. I've put more money into this thing just to be able to run it, I shouldve just spent the money to get a decent computer. I've had to buy more space so the disk space isn't always at 100%. It's still slow, like takes more than 10 minutes to boot up and sign in SLOW! I'm currently waiting on extra RAM to put in it in the hopes of just doing what I need it to do. They upgraded a windows 10 machine to windows 11 and didn't upgrade any hardware in order to run it. It's NOT compatible! I contemplated formatting it, but it gave me the option to repair, and reinstall windows 11 and it said the processor couldn't handle it. Noise level: kind of quiet actually. Normal? Reliability: it runs, incredibly slowly. Sometimes it stops working all together and you need use the task manager to close programs... if that even works. Included accessories: Mouse, keyboard, tower, monitor. I've had to buy some extras, like an extension for my mouse. I wouldn't say it's not a long enough cord, but if you place it under your desk, you may want to consider the extension. I also had to buy a USB adapter for an SD card slot, as I couldn't find one. Screen size and resolution, standard I would say. I like the monitor, as you can move it up and down and spin it on an angle. Setup: I considered it easy. Plug and play. Value for the money: you get what you pay for. Cheap doesn't always mean it's a worthy purchase. Wouldn't recommend. ... show more

    • Great computer
Set name: I5/500GB/8GB/20'' Monitor
It is set up and working great. It is nice having a computer that responds so fast as compared to my old computer that took forever to start up and do anything.

    • It’s cool
Set name: I5/500GB/8GB/20'' Monitor
My keyboard only lights up when I’m not using it. The computer itself works fine but I chose it because of the lights so I cannot give it five stars.

Set name: I5/500GB/8GB/20'' Monitor
I have ordered a refurbished computer from here years ago and it was perfect. Worked great for years. This one did not. Got here damaged, monitor broke, wrong cord, I couldn’t get the WiFi adaptor to work with the tower (could be me), and after several texts with the company I bought this from I decided to return. The company was fast at responding to all the things and got a new monitor to me in 2 days. It just to many problems and the final straw, couldn’t get the computer to even shut off, had to unplug. Now, that being said, I am not a computer savy person, so if you are maybe it would be different but I seriously doubt it. Amazon refunded the purchase price quickly and said to not send it back. This company however text me and said there could be a charge if I don’t send it back to them. Totally frustrating experience! ... show more

    • Buy it Now! Happy with my purchase 😃
Set name: I5/500GB/8GB/20'' Monitor
Very good purchase! I’m really happy I purchased this computer. This is my first time purchasing a refurbished computer. I was on a budget and I just moved into my own corporate office for my small business. I was really impressed with the look of the computer and its functionality. Once I connected the computer to my office’s WiFi I had absolutely no problems! The build quality was close to brand new! I made this video for a friend of mine, so this is the same video I used for my review. The keyboard is super cute and the mouse reminds me of a small race car! This computer looks just like the picture advertised. I shared this video with the friend I did the video review for and she purchased one as well! I am confident that this computer will serve my business needs. This looks like a computer for a gamer, honestly. I have to get used to the keyboard. I ❤️ how the keyboard lights up! I can’t reiterate enough how much of a great purchase this was! ... show more
