    • Missing Parts.
This computer came with no cables to attach to the monitor or anything else. It was also missing the wi-fi adapter to connect with the internet which is necessary to activate the software. Even if you could connect to the internet, you couldn't see what's happening. The Amazon page for this problem of missing parts gives you the number for Dell, but when you contact Dell your name doesn't appear on the order so after the time it takes to get one of their support people and go through their routine, they refuse to help! Going back to Amazon, and being passed around to at least 3 different departments, the only "solution" any of them could offer was to ship the whole shebang back to them and have them send another which might not have all the parts. I'm in MEXICO. I already paid customs and extra shipping and all I need is a $3 part! I've already paid an expert to come and figure out how to patch the proper wire, also not included, to the router to access internet and get the computer set up. Now send it back and cross my fingers? Because that's the solution for all problems? That's more in shipping costs than the computer costs. Can you get me the part number so I can track it down on my own and buy it from somewhere? NO! Send the whole thing back. Eat what you are out and go back to square one where you were 3 weeks ago, cross your fingers and hope the one we send has all it's parts and works, etc. etc. IT'S OUR ONLY OPTION! Any compensation for time, effort, or what I'm going through for someone's oversight in not packing the part in the box? No! You work for us now! ... show more

I know enough about computers to really mess one up! LOL What I had a problem with was playing online movies and videos. I could watch anything on YouTube. If I tried any other such as Amazon Prime Video or Tubi the screen would go black, flash on, then go black. I ran the Windows Trouble Shooter. It said that I needed HEVC CODEC. So I found what I needed on Microsoft Store for free. Still didn't work right. I contacted AMD, they are who makes the video card in this computer. They had me download a driver. FIXED! Sorta..... The default video player is Windows Media Player. I had to download VLC media player. Now it works. This is a lot of work and studying for a person to do in order to get a product to work as advertised. Like I said, I know just enough about computers to hunt down a solution. By the time I had it working I had spent 7-8 hours reading and searching. Somebody that knows about computers might have been able to fix it in moments. Would you buy a rebuilt car if you had to reinstall the new parts correctly before you could drive it? ... show more

    • Great Computer for the Price...
Although there was a small hiccup when the computer arrived (had to purchase a DVI to VGA adapter), once the adapter arrived, everything works as advertised. Came with Windows 10 Pro installed, but since I don't trust Windows, Google, or Apple with a toothpick, I wiped Windows off the hard drive and replaced it with Linux. Even with it's outdated i7 processor, the 32GB of RAM and 1TB SSD handles everything I've thrown at it so far, including full blown audio production (Steinberg Cubase 12 Pro) and video editing (Open Shot, ShotCut, & Vidiot). It's small form factor is convenient for those who like to keep things neat and tidy. Boot time is quick, averaging about 8 seconds from Power press to login. Comes with the power cord, keyboard, mouse, wifi & Bluetooth adapters, as well as an HDMI to Display Port adapter. Seller's contact information is also included and customer service is very responsive and helpful. Overall, this was a great experience and I recommend this computer and/or seller. Buy with confidence. Just be sure to purchase a DVI to VGA adapter before you checkout...just in case. ... show more

My biggest complaint is that the built in lan connection quit working within a week. The WiFi adapter has to be unplugged and reconnected every time we reuse the computer.

There were 3 display ports on this machine, but only one seemed to work. And after a few hours, it appeared to quit working, as my monitor wouldn't display anything and it showed a message saying something about a bad connection. But it worked initially. Maybe the video card was bad. And there should have been a video card for all ports. Even the VGA port doesn't work. I'm just glad it didn't cost much. ... show more
