I bought this computer for my mother who uses it for checking her email, banking, shopping, and keeping in touch with her church quilting circle and other charity work she is involved with here in beautiful Wilmington NC, she runs these activities like a business. She is now in her 70ties and prefers having a computer on a desk and does not like using a laptop because she has a problem operating the mouse. It's a great computer for these applications. It has windows 10 and Microsoft 360 ( the free version,). Preloaded and it runs great. It was easy to set up. I used wifi to access the internet and for the printer. PC was professionally packaged and in good condition. Accessories were not fancy but functional. I was up and running in almost no time. I only gave three stars for gaming, but this was not intended for a gaming PC and it's specs don't tend to lend to gaming. But in interests of clarity, I didn't actually try any games on it. I left Tech Support blank because I didn't need any. All in all, this PC provided utility in excess of the price. Thank you. ... show more

This is a great unit for home use. Fast. But no bill in modem for wireless internet. I bought the usb antenna from Amazon for about 15 bucks and it works great

    • I'ts cheap, but it ain't easy
It's a good basic PC at a fantastic price. don't think it's going to have any bells or whistles... it doesn't even have an HDMI port. as long as you have a VGA monitor you'll be set. I use mine in the garage to run a laser engraver & it works perfect for what I want.

    • Terrible computer....very disappointing!
I have to say this PC runs very slowly. To come out of sleep mode takes a good 3-5 minutes...that seems a bit long to me. Web pages take a long time to load, even simple games run slowly. I only have it since Saturday (it's now Tuesday) but I am pretty disappointed with the performance. Edited 7/13/19: Cannot stress what a piece of garbage this computer is! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! If you walk away from it for a minute and come back to complete something all pages are frozen and take 10 minutes to get back to work. It never recognizes my printer, I always have to unplug and replug it in! Complete crap! ... show more

I had to buy a new computer because my old one crashed so I tried to find one for my budget. The price was nice & it arrived quickly. It works great and does very well for what I need it to do. The one downside is that it doesn’t have a lot of memory but it has room for you to add an extra module if you need more memory. I’ve decided it’s fine as is for me. It does ok for gaming as long as it’s not using up tons of memory but the seller did say they don’t recommend gaming unless you install more memory. ... show more

I am enjoying this computer; I purchased the desktop as a backup computer for school. I own a hp laptop that is 2 years old, but I wanted something extra. The dell desktop is very fast and the setup was easy. I enjoy using the Microsoft products, and the Microsoft store is helpful for downloads. Came in on time, easy to set up and coordinate with my email accounts, contacts etc. BUT, there was no speaker!- no sound of any kind, not even notification beeps even though there was a good audio driver/surround sound built in.
