It was pretty difficult to set up. Windows 11 requires network access to set up. The wireless adaptor is not installed initially.     • This computer was a lemon
This computer was a lemon everything started falling apart on this computer a week after I bought it. And it comes with around 8 USB ports, But At least two or three of them didn't work in the first place and on the rest of them, you have to have 3 of them devoted to the wireless keyboard the Internet router and the Wi-Fi router. Then we had the issue with the computer keeps freezing on me and there is a couple of times a programmer just gets stuck and I'd have to Use control alt delete to start the program. Then we had the issue of one of my monitor relays in the back stop working. I am in the process of returning this computer to either get repaired or get a refund. I'm glad I have the Asurion warranty, Because when I tried to call Dell about the computer, they told me that it was a rebuild and it was no longer under warranty and there was nothing they could do, And I probably could have called Amazon and had Amazon returned the product but since I already bought the Sharon warranty on it I wanted to make sure that everything was OK and assuring is in the process of sending me a box to return this computer to either repair it or send me a refund. ... show more

    • Must have a displayport to hdmi cable that is not included.
looks good, but can't start it up without buying a displayport to hdmi adapter. There are no hdmi or vga ports for a display. Not an expensive add, but would have liked to have had a head's up. MB has a mounted nvme drive, but no extra slot. It does have sata connectors. Will update the review when I get it going in a couple of days when my adapters get delivered. I looked at the pics and what I thought was a vga port was actually a legacy serial port. Update: up and running. nvme at 85% life, runs fast. Took me a while to get Win 11 to behave like my usual w10. Good so far! ... show more

Setting up the computer was pretty much seamless and operated as it should. So far this computer is operating very quickly goes from site to site with no issue. Completely satisfied with the purchase and it serves all my purposes and my needs.

Needed to get onto a Windows 11 compliant PC before support ends for Windows 10 in October 2025, but didn't want to spend a lot for a new PC. Product delivered as described and in good condition. Win 11 Pro was already installed but had to apply updates to get on most current version (24H2). Very fast boot-up and good performance. I may add an additional solid-state hard drive (SSD) for more storage space. Had to buy a Display port-to-HDMI adapter since there's only two video ports and they're both Display Port (DP).     • Buyer beware - riddled with problems
Nothing but problems. to begin with, there was no built-in wifi or bluetooth. Instead 2 USB plug-ins are provided of which the bluetooth did not work. Within a month I got the blue screen of death. At first, it happened every few weeks , then every few days. By the 9th month Im getting them hourly. Ive tried everything Microsoft has instructed me to do to no avail. My only option is to spend $150 to have GeekSquad diagnose it which seems ridiculous since thats half of what I spent on it. Today I ordered a new computer and this is going in the trash ... show more

Be prepared to spend some time setting up this machine with the proper drivers, settings and adapters to get it to work for your needs especially if you are upgrading from Windows 10. Almost nothing worked properly out of the box. That said, once you are finished, the PC is blazing fast and quiet and boots up in seconds. If you're not tech savvy, get an IT person to save yourself a headache...but then this adds cost to the purchase. ... show more
