PC is very well cleaned, with no dust in sight. SJ COMPUTERS did a good job specing the replacements to this system within the given price point. I paid $260 w/3-day shipping and at this price the value argument is strong. However, The RAM & SSD NVME are very off-brand and not dell products or reputable 3rd party parts either. Storage is expected with a referb but the RAM is a touch concerning simply due to the off-band product. M.2 Drive and RAM have modules from "BTO". Who are they? I haven't the foggiest idea. But it'll probably be fine. The sticker on the RAM Does Say 2666 but the PC boots to 2400. I won't be attempting to set it to 2666 just due to the reliability issues that might cause. As others have noted, the system did have some physical damage to the body of the PC, but nothing too bad, who cares if a PC has dents and dings for a referb? Specs are solid, that's what matters. ... show more

I used it for a month. It works very well. Pros: 1. The case is like new, no scratches, no dents. 2. Very quiet (no noise at all) and not much heat generated. 3. 16GB RAM. This should be sufficient for home and office use. 4. All together 8 USB ports (5 USB 3). 5. It came with new keyboard and mouse (basic ones), and a WiFi adapter (I didn't test it. I use an ethernet cable instead). Cons: 1. The CPU is somewhat slow (i5-6500). It is fine for home and office use. 2. 256GB SSD may not be enough. Be aware that it does not have a VGA port but it has 2 DisplayPort and 1 HDMI port. Make sure to order an appropriate cable if you don't have one. ... show more

It is almost like a new PC and can't tell is is a refurbish system. KB and mouse is a bite on the cheapy side but is acceptable.

Ordered two.. The computers works great but had to get a replacement because I didn’t receive the keyboards and mice that come with it.. And when I received the replacements I still didn’t get the keyboards and mice.. But kept the computers because I really needed them and didn’t have time to wait for more wrong replacements. ... show more
