I purchased this computer for general household use to replace one with a failed motherboard. It arrived a day earlier that scheduled which was nice. It's a refurb, but it's clean inside and out and everything works properly. It's a full service computer and it was cheaper than a raspberry pi. Included was a wifi dongle that connects to USB which is what I was using before. Slightly smaller than my other Optiplex computers. It does not offer a VGA port but has an HDMI for monitor connection. Also comes with a corded mouse and keyboard as well as a power cord. Sara followed up with me and was very helpful in answering a couple fo questions. I would buy another one just like it if I needed it.

It's pretty cool that we live in a time when you can buy such a performant machine for this price. Sure, it's far from new, but it's not like most PC electronics have a tendency to fail within their usable lifetime (drives notwithstanding). And we've also reached something of a plateau of (single core) CPU performance, such that you don't miss out on as much, as far as many tasks/applications are concerned, by going with a processor that was released years ago. This has worked great for me as a video recording server and general purpose server/gateway. It would also be a perfectly capable desktop for most people's needs. Rather than a single 256 GB volume, mine came with a 128 GB NVME drive, and included an additional 128 GB SATA SSD in a standard mounting location, which I swapped out for a 3.5" HDD that the space was designed to fit. It's reasonably quiet, has a respectable amount of RAM, and of course you can get substantially better performance out of the desktop (non-mobile) version of processors, as opposed to much tinier alternatives to this that feature mobile variants. At this price, if you think you've got an application for it, you should probably get it. I mean, it's cheaper than a Raspberry Pi!

I am kinda reluctant to make a review at this item because it is so early. The packaging is great. I used this PC only for few days not even a week. First of all it is a great price, and this is my first bought desktop in my life. The inside looks very clean, God knows how long this PC is used. I always build my desktop since 2000. I can tell you my findings. I have tried all the connections starting from DP to HDMI and USBs all are working fine. I haven't tried wifi adapter yet. I ran linux mint 21.1 , Worked perfectly fine on both monitors. I have created my own USB installer Windoze 10 from the installed OS. Later I installed on my own SSD. windoze 10 worked fine and activated automatically. To choose Bootmenu you have to keep banging F12 after turning on the PC. Keyboard and Mouse look new and work well. Just for the information, this PC came with 3 SATA connections on board.The Fan is very quiet. I am not a Gamer but I played 6 youtube movies simultaneously at 1080p on different tabs and there is no lag. drive caddy works fine. There are 2 8gb (8GB DDR4 1RX8 PC4-2666V-UA2-11) memory sticks on board. You can also add M2 memory sticks right next to SATA connections on board. In my opinion it is very hard to beat the price but the question is how long the computer will last. I would not recommend adding any 5.25 HDs inside because the space is limited and air circulation is not too good. In future I might increase memories but for time being I am ok. You can always run Memtest to check the condition of the memory. Those who wants to play serious Game on this PC I would advise them to clean CPU and put fresh Arctic thermal paste between fan and CPU. I end up ordering another PC for my wife because she loves streaming videos. I don't have to use Tech support but Amazon can provide you their number. I will update how it goes in future.

The seller shipped very quickly and I got it 10 days after ordering (UPS Ground to Alaska). The box was thrashed, but thankfully they did good on packaging and nothing was broken. First thing I did was open the case up. Aside from two dust balls, it looked brand new inside. The blades on the front fan were a bit dirty, but no big deal. Power cord, keyboard, mouse, and usb wifi adapter was included. For those wondering, it is possible to had another hard drive. Mine already had an sata power and sata data cable ran to the spot where one could be placed. Mine did not come with a hard drive tray/caddy. They make one for a 2.5" drive and one for a 3.5" drive. They aren't expensive so it's not a huge deal. The motherboard has an m.2 slot, which is used by the 256gig drive that comes with the computer. I wasn't expecting that, but it's a nice bonus. Mine came with a Toshiba nvme. It also has a Pcie x16 and Pcie x4 slot. One could put a low profile gpu in, but the power supply would likely need to be upgraded as it's only rated at 180 watts. It does have a hdmi port which is nice as it saved the cost of having to get a display port to hdmi adapter. The computer turned on immediately and started through the Windows 10 setup. Everything went smoothly and no problem with activation. No issues with Windows Update either, though it did take a little while which is to be expected with the amount of updates (which included a bios/firmware update). All in all, $139 shipped is a good deal, especially when you consider how much the operating system alone costs. I would suggest purchasing another hard drive to put in it, as depending on what you're using it for, the 256gig drive can fill up pretty quickly.
