The media could not be loaded. Do not buy unless you want missing parts.I read a review prior before buying it and someone said the monitors don’t work as planned because they didn’t send the part to plug in. I still went in to buy as I thought it wouldn’t happen to me and it sure did. Waste of time and money. I shipped these outside of the US and to return them will cost me more to ship them back than it cost to purchase and they refuse to pay for It . So do not buy if you don’t want to be upset.     • Gets the job done
The monitors aren't at all like what I received so I will be purchasing another set but it's what I have to work with for now so it'll have to do. The system is also a bit outdated but again I'll work with it for now. Otherwise I guess it works for the price.

I basically bought this for the sole purpose of being able to log remotely into work and have two screens at home. I could not be more pleased with the purchase. I saw some of the other reviews were not good - some mentioned that the computer couldn't access wifi or that the screens were mixmatched or really old. That was not my experience. The computer is a Dell and it came with two Dell monitors which look nice in my opinion. It also included a wifi adapter, and I've had no issues connecting to the internet. Keyboard and mouse were also included. Overall, I'm thrilled with what I got for the price. One thing I didn't think about before purchasing was that this does not include speakers. This PC has worked for all my needs and great for anyone that wants to WFH as most companies want you to have two monitors and customer service was great with solving an issue I had with one of monitors, pretty quick at that. Id highly recommend this company and this product.

    • Not doing it anymore
This is the 2nd time I've bought a desktop computer through Amazon and they have both had issues. I returned the 1st now and am now returning the second one. It came with 2 monitors except only chords for one monitor. I tried them both and one monitor doesn't work. Not to mention the one that does work looks like an old IBM display. I cannot change the resolution whatsoever on it. Super enlarged and in your face, can't change it. Not to mention to return it it says what needs to come back when I return and it says it came with an HFMI chord which it didn't, its missing a monitor chord though. So my advice is dont get a computer through Amazon, this is 2 for 2. Hope this helps people. ... show more
