  • Fast, Quiet and Dependable
Very fast machine with the i9 processor. The fans stay off if there isn't a lot of processing going on, so it generally makes no noise whatsoever. Easy to set up with Windows 11. Great processing power. The only drawback - and this seems to be the case with all these high-end machines, is when software over tasks the processor, the machine will shut down. This is rare for most people, unless you are doing intensive gaming or video conversion. Most will not have this issue and, with research on the internet, there are settings that can be made to avoid this problem. At this point, there are no issues with overheating and shutting down. I am very pleased with this computer and have enjoyed the processing power and speed the computer provides. I definitely recommend upgrading, if you're running an older computer. (Mine old computer was over 15 years old and the difference in technology is fantastic!) ... show more

  • NEVER SHOWED UP
It is probably a fine computer but it got lost in transport. Guess it "fell off the truck".

  • Problems from the start
Got this a couple weeks ago and it’s been a headache from the start. The WiFi doesn’t work properly. The WiFi options and drive just randomly disappears and I can’t get it back.

  • Great machine but delivered with British components
This computer is just what I was looking for - blazing fast with plenty of RAM to rapidly and efficiently carry out memory-intensive procedures and multiple simultaneous operations. It is extremely quiet. Set-up and operation are intuitive and much less of a hassle than I was anticipating. I require lots of visual real estate and there was no trouble whatsoever in setting up three monitors - just plug in, define your display settings, and go. The relative improvement over my previous i7 7-year-old computer is impressive. I would certainly give this computer 5 stars except that it arrived with a British power cord and a British keyboard. I returned to the Amazon specs which say nothing about this. Okay, I was going to dump the keyboard and mouse anyway, but it was a pain to go scavenge for another power cord. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with this computer, which exceeds my expectations. ... show more

  • Great Computer & Support From Seller Was AMAZING!
I purchased this computer to be my main computer (I have 5 running total). It's a beast, and perfect for anyone who wants good processing speed (for heavy work loads, video games, video rendering, etc.). I even upgraded the RAM to 128GB.. so it gives me everything I could want in a work station. Best combination of CPU speed, processor cores, and RAM for the price point - so VERY happy with the purchase. BUT.... More important than any of this, is the support I received from the seller. Completely blown away at them taking care of me. They offer a tech support line (phone or text them). I sent a text Friday at like 6PM, not expecting a response. I was wrong. The owner contacted me - answered questions I had, even spent a few minutes in friendly conversation. A pleasant experience I completely didn't expect. I also chatted with a tech person at the company (for more complex things that the owner admitted he wasn't the best with). The tech person (Jay I believe was his name) - was fantastic. Knew his stuff - helped me out - and also was amazingly pleasant and friendly. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. Would STRONGLY recommend for computer purchases (based on quality/price/support I received). ... show more

  • Caution, buyer beware...
I purchased this computer understanding that it was a brand new computer ? I needed to call Dell Support to assist me in setting up the computer. Wireless Network issues, customer support at Dell informed me that this computer was not new and was already registered in someone else's name. Well, that suck's, that means that I spent too much on a used computer that was used by someone else. So, also the warranty had already expired. The Dell support person I spoke with was very kind and helped me anyway. The Dell people were very kind to me and I'm thankful to them. The reason the wireless network was not working was that the Computer did not have a Wi-Fi card nor did it have a Wi-Fi adapter either. When I purchased this computer I was told it had a wireless adaptor, it didn't. I would not buy anything from this Supplier. ... show more

  • Fast and capable unit. Very good performance overall.
Construction quality not the same as of yesteryears anymore, but so are all of them now.
