Pretty disappointed in PCOnline US. This Dell tower was almost $1k, but did not have an HDMI port, the setup manual was about useless since it had no words, despite being a prime day deal, the price ended up being about the same as non-prime day prices, and get this… PCOnline US sent me a keyboard meant for the UK! It took much of my afternoon to troubleshoot why when I typed the @ button, it kept showing quotation marks. Oh well, it’s not like I need the @ button to type any email address on the planet… oh, wait, uh oh. So I reached out to PCOnline to have them send me the correct US keyboard. They refused and offered to credit me $20. The Dell towers I have bought in the past have been very durable. I’d just recommend buying them from Dell since PCOnline US appears unwilling to actually deliver the peripherals customers purchase. ... show more

    • Fast PC, but is a refurbished unit
I speciifically searched Amazon for new products. I received a keyboard from the UK as well, fortunately I was able to use the existing keyboard. PC was super fast but the description should have clearly stated it was refurbished. I checked Dell support and the warranty expired last month. Optiplex PCs have a 3 year warranty. I was expecting a new product. However, the price was good and the PC is fast. Optiplex PCs are solid machines, but I'm disapointed and did not realize it was a refurb. ... show more

Like a couple of other reviews, I too bought a refurbished computer unknowingly. Again, PConline was the company in question. Make sure of who you're buying from. Keyboard was UK as well.
