The system works well. Super fast, can handle a minimum of 8 programs and 6 websites so far with no lag time. The only issue I have is October 2025, Windows 10 will be losing tech support, security updates, etc. and this desktop is NOT compatible for the Windows 11 Upgrade. The TMP can not be upgraded from 1.2 to 2 0, which is required for Windows 11 upgrade. If I knew this two weeks ago, I would have made sure the hardware was compatible or went with a desktop that had Windows 11 already installed. Just be aware, know the requirements for Windows 11 before you purcbase a Windows 10 OS. ... show more

I bought this just over three months ago. It was working fine until today (11/01/2023). I bought it because it had been refurbished by the "Number One" company approved by Microsoft. I did purchase an extended warranty and was thinking they would repair the problem if it occurred. When it quit connecting to the internet, I contacted them, but they simply said they were going to refund my purchase price via an Amazon card/certificate and that would only occur once I ship this to them (they do give a shipping label and pay for that). I'm now stuck without a computer that I will still be paying for for the next nine months. I can't afford a new computer, but I don't want to invest in a less expensive refurbished after this experience. ... show more
