I initially gave a poor review as it kept crashing right out the box but it is not broken you guys and a feature that is for fast loading gaming needs to be turned of. Initially upon set-up, the pc would mostly have the green screen of death (blank murky greenish dark screen), or it would have graphical distortion, turn completely black, as well as the issues shown on these included photos. To instantly fix the sporadic crashing and "Green Screen of Death", follow these steps below for a quick permanent fix. Open the Control Panel, navigate to Power Options, click "Choose what the power buttons do," select "Change settings that are currently unavailable," and uncheck "Turn on fast startup". What was wrong (per AI) the graphics card is very good but not enough to handle the "Fast Startup" feature as this feature is usually turned on for things like heavy gaming needing fast loading of graphics but the graphics card in this PC although good, it can't handle a fast start up like a stronger graphics card can. Also, I was told the blue and the green screen of death (dark blank screens) both are the same issues however the "Green Screen" of death happens with built in experimental feature in your PC. Basically, the graphics Card "Power-On" Requirements: Lower-end or older GPUs often lack the robust power-management features needed to wake up from a hibernated state. They expect a full power cycle to reset their internal memory (VRAM). I saw very affordable graphics cards that you can buy and add to your PC if you need the Fast Start Up feature on otherwise get a gaming PC. This PC is perfect for basic 3D modeling and creating (Blender/Unity), scripting and coding, office, school, business, and general use. I highly recommend one as they work phenomenally for all those uses. Note to seller: Maybe turning off the Fast Startup feature before selling PC's with this graphics card. Also, for those already having this issue, you can include steps to turn off the "fast startup" feature. Again, these are good PC's and are not faulty. Just turn off the Fast Startup feature to stop the crashes. It is a common issue and easy fix! ... show more
