It's fast, I just got it so far works well for me. Saw where people received laptops that did not have a touch screen. You have to specifically select the touch screen. The way it's advertised makes ordering the touch screen difficult. I discovered this by accident I did not want a touch screen so did not select it. The mouse pad is too sensitive and the keyboard is too far away from the edge and I find myself hitting the mouse pad by mistake creating errors during my typing.     • DO NOT PURCHASE. Intel Celeron N4020 Processor CPU is TOO slow. Programs lag and freeze.

I purchased this laptop at the end of 2022 and when I first started using it it felt like it was barely able to handle having two or three programs open at once. Ever since Zoom changed their Workspace software this laptop is incapable of running Zoom and PowerPoint at the same time. Meetings freeze and video/audio and presentations lag and skip which renders this laptop unusable for work so I just purchased a new laptop with a Ryzen 5 processor for less than the cost of what I spent at the end of 2022 for this laptop. The specs to me are deceptive when advertising "Up to 2.8GHz" which is the "burst" processor speed whereas the "base" speed is 1.1GHz. 1.1GHz is what it runs at normally. It doesn't run at "burst" speed for an hour long Zoom meeting. You can find much better laptops so keep searching. ... show more

Jury is still out. I am not sure what the issues is but the laptop becomes super slow and takes forever just to type a word. Then it is fine. I have deleted files, talked to people and ran diagnostics. I do not want to restore it and lose my apps. I never know what hour this will happen. Very frustrating.
