my computer works fine. but my order was left on front porch. i have requested several times that orders be left on back porch. where they cannot be seen from road. please leave orders on back porch thanks.

Really, like the overall functionality of this computer. My first laptop. Touchpad is not great, but I hear they rarely are. I attach a cordless mouse and I'm off to the races. Really, pleased overall with this purchase. Definitely, feel I got good value for my buck.

Computer was extremely slow on startup from the very beginning Purchased from Amazon with a 1TB drive., worked with Dell support where it was determined that the issue was the hard drive, I was informed that since the computer was purchaed through Amazon, they would only replace the HD with a 128 SSD. After multiple calls with Tech support, and discussions with Apple the decison was made to return the computer for a refund.Since it was 30 days beyond the purchase date, Amazon wanted a 97.00 research fee dispite the fact that Dell had already determined that the issue was the HD. ... show more

Y la calidad del producto está bien. despues de 6 meses, que ya paso el tiempo que expira las garantias de Amazon, empezo un problema al abrir la pantalla, me empezo a despegar los cover de la pantalla, solamente dandole uso en casa, y abriendo la pantalla para poder trabajar en ella, verifiquen las fotos y AMAZON no me dio respuesta sino que ellos no podian hacer ya nada, el vendedor no contesta y el fabricante te pone en espera. espero una solucion pronta a este problema sino no le compren a '"AMAZON" sino venden ellos y los vendedores externos "PCONLINE"no contestan ni solucionan. y es un computador nuevo!!! no usado cuando lo compre. ... show more

Not worth spending anything on. The computer is super slow, takes forever to turn on and is always thinking. Super delayed response. Going to stick to computers with intel i5 or better. They shouldn’t even sell this garbage

    • Poor customer service, a waste of time.
My Inspiron laptop requires a 130W charger. I received 3 chargers which did not work in my laptop due to low wattage, one charger was only 65W. The third charger cord did not fit in my laptop. It was also too loose. Customer service and the language barrier was a nightmare. Between the language barrier and being sent to different departments, I discovered one department does not know what the other one was doing. After several hours on the phone, I gave up and decided to eat the $177 charge. I would advise anybody to stay away from Dell products, the experience is a waste of time.
