    • Good laptop but my sound card is not working
The laptop has been working great for me but I just realized that it has no sound. I ran the diagnostic routine and went through the Get Help assistant but it couldn't fix it even though it did look for updated drivers. The battery has only ever lasted 2 - 3 hours when I am working but that is not a big problem. The sound card isn't really a huge problem since I have another laptop and another computer that I can use. Other than that, this has been a great work computer and the problems I do have don't stop my productivity for work. It just irks me for my private use. ... show more

USB C port doesn't support multiple monitors. I believe the best you could have is one additional monitor using the HDMI port.

I purchased this laptop for light home use. The unit was delivered on schedule and it was well packaged. Although the laptop had an overall good feel, I had difficulty with the track pad. It seemed like no matter where I clicked on the pad, the cursor frequently did not land where I intended. I returned the laptop. The return was simple but the vendor charged a $252 restocking fee.
