I've had my fully spec'ed out XPS13 (9300) for a few weeks now and am really liking it! I have been wanting a laptop that was still portable but could handle heavier lifting such as with running 2D/3D modeling programs like Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc. It handles this plus other programs like Photoshop and Lightroom just fine. Although I haven't put it through heavy testing just yet, I am confident that this will handle the tasks pretty well. I also owned an older 2015 model XPS13, and it's hard to believe how much smaller this newer one is while still retaining same screen size and ever bigger keyboard. Spectacular! Arrived in perfect state. It's beautiful. Works perfectly and I love it. Best ultrabook ever. The touchscreen sometimes stops working but only happened twice had to reboot or disable the device but still works perfectly well when working, smooth beautiful resolution. Responsive. Light. Super fast. Amazing design. I can't think of a better laptop. I only missed not getting the pen. Really need that. The TouchPad and keypad are smooth and comfortable. It's just amazing. The mother board crashed less than 3 months after I started using this computer. Dell Support is TERRIBLE. I was told 5 days for the repair turnaround time; 2 weeks later I called to ask when they would schedule the repair. One month in, they sent a tech to my house with the WRONG PARTS. The tech tried to leave (after 2+ hours) saying it was fixed. I had him wait while I started up the computer from the beginning and... NOT FIXED! 45 minutes later tech said they sent him the wrong part and we’d have to wait in the queue again. The following week I received a text message saying the tech was coming the next day. TECH WAS A NO-SHOW AND I HAVENT HEARD A WORD FROM DELL SINCE. All in, I’m 8 WEEKS into this nightmare with no computer. All for the bargain price of $2000. ... show more

Seller communication was poor, and the product has some issues with touchpad and it hangs occasionally. The touch screen has the same problem of being stopping to respond and I have to restart again to work with it. The outer package was of HP which was a shock that why Dell would pack their products in HP box. I would not recommend this product from this seller. I'm not sure it is good for gamming because it happens to have a poor battery quality, I don't know whether this was the problem with this product specifically or not. It gets hot quickly one more strange thing. I have HP Envy with 16 GB and it's battery life and speed is still better than this when this is 32 GB.
