This is the second 2-in-1 Inspiron I have, so that in itself says something. I love the touch screen. Unfortunately, on this one I noticed something was immediately wrong with touch pad. Over the past several months it continued to get worse and the touch pad finally quit altogether. So, it had to be returned for repair. Dell has a real good repair process. Two things I don't like. First, they never tell you what they replaced or what specifically was wrong. Second, they formatted my SSD. I don't think they needed to, but I'm not all that smart. I want to like it, but can't. It is heavier than my 5-year-old Acer laptop. It looks clean and large, even though it lists as 14". However, it's been very unstable. It froze multiple times and required hard shutdowns four times in the last two days—three of those restarted with a blue screen. This issue happened even with very light use (playing YouTube or trying to wake it up from sleep), and only basic software was installed, with no gaming apps. The unit is faulty and I would prefer a new replacement, but Amazon only lets me do the return. ... show more
