We have tried multiple rug holders over the last two years. Every one had failed. We have a very hyper husky whos zomies drag rugs on hardwood floors. These rug tapes keep it in place through everything. Great design to fit rugs perfectly, lightweight and easy to use.

I had bought a small area rug approx 2 ft x 4 foot for next to my bed. I have (chilly) hardwork floors and the rug just kept sliding all over at the slightest touch. The grippers in each of the 4 corners are working great!. The rug doesn't move at all. I haven't yet tried to lift it up so I can't report yet on whether it leaves a residue. (It's supposedly removeable and reuseable).
