Pre-owned, like new, better deal than a new Dell 2-in-1 laptop with Windows 11... I did not like Windows 10 when it came out. Still don't but now that Microsoft has moved onto Windows 11, hopefully they are no longer going to constantly change and update Windows 10. I stuck it out as long as I could with my Windows 7 Dell laptop. I have replaced my old Windows 7 Dell laptop's HDD with a SATA-III SSD and its RAM is maxed out at 8Gb. I want to take advantage of a touch screen, more RAM (16Gb), faster SDD (PCIe NVMe SDD), and a faster CPU (i7) with more cores/processors (4/8), as well as a faster Wi-Fi adapter and faster USB 3.2 (at least Gen2x1 or Gen2x2) super-speed+ (10/20Gbps) and Thunderbolt 3/4 (20/40Gbps) ports. I love Dell products. I wouldn't buy anything but Dell for business or personal use. However, being not a gamer, I am sure there are better gaming laptops and personal computers than Dell. I don't mind giving Dell my money because their product and technical support is unmatched in my opinion. However, I swore I would never give Microsoft another dime. Hopefully, I can avoid Windows 11 and 12 for the foreseeable future. Buying this pre-owned, like new, Dell 2-in-1 laptop from Amazon is like paying only for the Dell laptop and technical support (ie can still get driver and software updates from Dell) but not paying for Windows 10. It is what I would call a true laptop. It has a faster CPU, faster Wi-Fi adapter, is light-weight, and with a touch screen, there is no need for a mouse or to use the touch pad. In addition to satisfying my RAM, CPU, SSD, and touch screen expectations, this Dell 2-in-1 laptop has two Type-A USB 3.1 (Gen2) super-speed plus (10Gbps) ports and one Type-C USB 3.2 (Gen2x1) super-speed plus (10Gbps) port with a Thunderbolt 3 bridge to the Gen3 PCIe bus (with internal Gen3x4 @ 8.0GT/s NVMe SDD) so I can take advantage from faster data transfer rates (20Gbps) with an external Thunderbolt PCIe Gen3x4 @ 8.0GT/s NVMe SSD (up to 2,500MBps data transfer speeds). If this laptop had a Gen4 PCIe bus then I could possibly achieve faster NVMe SDD data transfer speeds (40Gbps) and faster Thunderbolt data transfer speeds (40Gbps) taking advantage of internal/external PCIe Gen4x4 @ 16GT/s NVMe SSD (up to 5,000MBps data transfer speeds).     • Battery and power issues - Replacement does not auto-rotate
Issues noted within an hour use - 1. It did not turn on even though I kept mashing the power button. I used another USB C for 65W I had which "woke" the battery up I guess and then it finally turned on. 2. The charger provided does not work. I tested it on a few devices. 3. Even with any charger I use, it just discharges from the charging source every few seconds. Basically unusable due to power issues. Edit - Got a replacement and this one actually works as intended. Will update if there are any issues but so far it survived the one hour issue test (which is really just me checking it over and the specs) Edit 2 - Auto-rotate isn't working for this one, according to device manager there's some issues with the sensors so I'm dropping it down to 4* Edit 3 - I can't resolve driver issues (auto rotate won't work, starting the computer in tablet mode keeps it in tablet mode until restart I desktop mode) Edit 4 - Returning this and giving up. I originally ordered this laptop for college, but after a few days of use I understood why the laptop was so adorable. From the outside the quality of the item is amazing with the laptop being high preforming, and able to run well in terms of my school work. But the battery life on the laptop is absolutely horrific! I can maybe get about an hour or two of work done before i am forced to run to the nearest outlet. As far as functionally goes it does everything it says but I am very limited in my mobility as I am in constant fear that my laptop will give out at me even when it’s at 50%. I wish that I would have stuck to my gut and returned the laptop when I originally received the item but I went against my better judgement due to classes starting soon. ... show more

Very pleased with this. The only down side, and probably a windows 11 thing, but sometimes the screen will get confused and not come on and I have to flip it into tablet mode then it resets, and I've had the sound stop a few times where I had to unistall reinstall drivers. I suspect it gets locked up when I pull it away from the docking station even though its the Dell brand dock. ... show more

I ordered a Refurbished Dell Latitude 7390 2 in 1. I received a Dell Latitude 5289, only realizing they covered up the 5289 with some black ink/paint(I scratched it off finding this out). The screw on the bottom was popping out and it seems it is stripped because you can't even screw it back in. The touch pad doesn't work, I needed to plug in a mouse to even set things up. I couldnt even update the Windows 10 due to an error showed up when trying to do so. I will not order from this seller again. Goodluck if you do! ... show more

I like it because it is not bulky yet powerful enough to do the task that I had purchased it for. I am not yet able to comment about its battery life. I am so far please with the computer.
