WARNING!!! Don't leave your credit card info on Amazon!!! Recently my wife was charged $95 for a "DIGITAL" video game, she never bought. But because Amazon says it was a digital download they won't refund. Bank says same thing. Basically we are SOL. We have taken all our "use this card" info off Amazon. This may make purchases less convenient, but also gives us a chance to think "do we really need this". BTW, I love this little laptop!!! ... show more

Couldn't get a good connection on primary charging port. Tried two different chargers. Having to return and order another one that meets "Excellent" standards. Would expect all components to be like new. Now ordered a second one and it came with an i5 processor and 256GB drive instead of the i7 as defined on the product page. This renewed program seems like a front for a scam where these sellers are trying to sneak products that don't meet standards off on people that won't check. I'm beyond angry with the quality of these products and the delay in getting them refunded. All I want is a working laptop with the specs defined. Don't care about signs of use. It has to charge and it has to have the processor defined in the product specs. COME ON AMAZON! 3rd laptop I kid you not, round charger for USB C port. I've lost faith in humanity. It's a fast little machine good for small projects, pretty loud speakers not the best sound quality at max volume. Nice glass screen. Bright clear video but not the prettiest laptop very simple square body but it does what you want a 2 in 1 to do

Condition is Excellent as described. Tiny scuff on corners that are very easy to miss was the only marks I found. No screen bruising, hinges are solid. I've always been a power user and preferred Desktop Replacements, however this always made light traveling and routine work a bigger hassle. Two - Three hour battery life just didn't leave room for troubleshooting. The high efficiency laptops I've used always resulted in a laggy experience. I got a Dell 7480 from work and began to realize there are strong notebooks with great battery life and that's when I found the 7390 2 in 1. This laptop has replaced an old Dell D830 I used as a beater work station on Windows 7. It is also replacing a Motion Computing tablet running Windows 10 that I use for automotive diagnostics since the touch display makes it easier to use in cabin. So far I have seen 8 - 10 real hours of battery life (Well over 80% lifetime left as per description). Can definitely see 14 hours if watching a video offline. I have an MSI GP66 for my mobile performance rig, but the utility of this little thing blows everything else out of the water. I no longer have to use a smart phone for couch browsing. I rarely do reviews, but this item blew my expectations out of the water. Very happy with my purchase. ... show more

the first one had a issue, I requested a replacement and am very happy with this laptop Order Update I have two of these laptops for about one year now, both work perfectly, super fast and absolutely no issues, I am super happy with this purchase.

    • Not bad for the price but not the best.
I will start by saying that I didn't expect a lot for what the price was. The machines work and I'm grateful for that. I will say that one I had the battery was swollen enough to create a small bulge on the back of the device. The keyboard had a few keys that were not properly actuating. You have to press a few keys harder than others for it to type but most of my typing and work will be done from a dock so that's not going to be a huge showstopper for me. I would give this a higher rating if the keyboard was working better and the battery had not created a bulge. Note that you can order replacement batteries directly from the manufacturer on these still if needed. ... show more
