I received the computer and the back of the computer wasn’t on with all the screws loose. Once I started it the battery was dead and wouldn’t take a charge. I’ve barely been able to use it because the mouse has a mind of it own and goes all over the screen? I’m worried to use it because of a virus that anti virus can’t seem to detect? When on battery - severe battery drain, and moving/adjusting the screen caused the laptop to lock up with no available action other than hard power-off and then work through system recovery. This happened 4 times in a 15-minute window. I think something is wrong with the power system. I did not experience these problems when on the supplied corded power source. I bought this for my grade-school son so that he could type up school and watch DIY videos; therefore, we need the battery option to work. Returning. Otherwise, it seemed like a great deal for the laptop's capabilities. The system was nicely packed when it arrived. No instructions, but that's OK as I am an IT Tech guy. I processed a refund, so no problems other than a couple 4 hours of lost time for setup and then account removal. ... show more

order and received, ran ok for the first month then started the blue screen of death, took to local pc repair paid for 32 ram it had 32 ram except only one of the docks was working so, 16 ram just sitting there. paid for 32 and got 32. nice would just pay for the real deal next time instead of saving a dime, to spend $50 at the repair shop to have them tell me this. buy some where else. ... show more

It will cost you 20% of the purchase price to look and examin an electronic device from this company (Olive) there is no mention of a restocking fee even if the device is defective, which it was! So buyer beware.
