Arrived a couple of days early. Indistinguishable from brand new. The Dell support website indicated the warranty had been expired for only 8 months. It has Windows 11 Pro rather than the Windows 10 Pro specified in the listing. I contacted the vendor, TekRefurbs and received a reply in just a couple of hours. Microsoft had changed their policy - all "Authorized Refurbishers" are now *required* to ship Windows 11 if the hardware is capable of supporting it. I was able to download Win 10 from Dell, and it installed with no problems. This is my second PC from TekRefurbs, and I will be back! ... show more

Laptop only last 6 months and crashed..was over 90 day warranty so seller would for nothing..boohoo to me..they didn't even offer $10 refund! I have no problem with refurbishment..I've never had an issue

Still love Windows 10 Pro, so renewed is the way to go. This one is in excellent condition (look like new) and battery life is excellent. Left it on for 8 hours the other night and it was still at 50% on batteries, and my computer are set to never sleep or have the screens turn off.

Bought hoping to find a refurbished but good quality computer. However, once received some of the keys were just not working. Make sure to check it thoroughly if you get it, to make sure it works. We were able to return, no problem. Just wish it would've actually worked as promised
