I though ok I'll just upgrade to Win 11 pro. Wrong , when trying to upgrade to win 11 pro I got the message "this system does not meet the minimum requirements to run windows 11. The laptop, out of the box would not allow me to setup Windows. I was constantly getting automatic repair. I tried reaching out to the seller and got no help the only response was they were reviewing the email. So I did a return with a refund of my money.
