It came during the time frame given. Packed well, it was surrounded in tight bubble plastic which was perfect. Turned on set it up no problem. Charger worked screen was fine. Keys have tiny bits of stuff under but that's fixable ! There is no touch screen as described so for the dirt and no touch screen I removed a star. All in all very pleased we really needed a home computer to try to get a remote job so I can keep a job when the day care closes for holidays and professional development. ... show more

This was a slight upgrade from my older Latitude and I think it’s okay. It’s lightweight and not slow. The battery life seems like it could last longer, but that could be the result of my apps/usage. I know the computer is refurbished so I expected a few knicks. The exterior of the computer is clean. Thought the USB on the right side is not secure (wires act as if there’s a shortage) & the computer shuts down at the lightest tap. (I set my portable mouse onto the speaker area and the screen went black. Came right back on but definitely had some sort of technical or mechanical issue.
