    • WARNING: Fraudulent Product Substitution & Severe Safety Hazard (Not "Excellent")

Do not trust this seller's "Amazon Renewed Excellent" listings. They are actively engaging in product substitution fraud and shipping severe electrical safety hazards. I paid a premium price for two laptops listed in "Excellent" condition. Instead, TekRefurbs shipped lower-value, severely downgraded machines. To hide the true condition of the hardware, they wrapped the entire body of both laptops in third-party vinyl sticker skins. The structural cooling vents are crushed and bent, and the screen hinges are completely loose and worn out. Worse, they shipped completely incompatible power supplies. Instead of providing the correct chargers, they included generic power bricks paired with loose, separate adapter tips forced into the charging ports. This is a blatant electrical fire hazard and a direct violation of Amazon's strict Renewed safety policies. When confronted with photographic evidence of this structural deception and the fire hazard, the seller refused to cooperate and tried to offer a insulting $40 partial refund to make me go away. They are intentionally using deceptive refurbishing tactics to dump sub-standard junk onto buyers. Avoid TekRefurbs at all costs unless you want a fire hazard wrapped in a vinyl sticker. Buyer beware. ... show more

    • Incredible from A to Z. Solid product, solid experience
Capacity: i5 11th Gen | 16GB | 512GB
Incredibly good. It arrived in a perfectly sized box and inside is a solid inflatable bubble wrap layer that looks bullet proof. Amazing packaging. I checked the laptop thoroughly everything is working. Windows 11 installs and has a digital license, then you have to download the dell support assistant which will install drivers and new bios. Battery is new. installed crystal disk and hard drive is good. No complaints. Excellent shipping times too. I asked the seller some questions, and they responded very quickly. I have not seen any dead pixels on the screen. I still have to check all keyboard functions, but apart from this, what a pleasant experience. Very happy. ... show more

    • Decent laptop
Capacity: i5 11th Gen | 16GB | 512GB

It's a good laptop overall. I needed a laptop to be able to install the software needed to code my BMW (ISTA+ and Esys). This laptop was pretty much what I needed. The price was good and it's good speed wise. The only complaint I may have is the battery life. I also have a MacBook Pro with Apple Silicon and there's just no comparison. But that's not really a fair comparison to begin with. The battery life on this is maybe an hour and a half to two hours depending on my use, which seems kind of low. But I don't use a Windows laptop as my primary machine so I'm not sure if that's normal or not for a Windows laptop to be fair. But overall I've been happy with this machine. ... show more

    • Description said 512GB of memory. The one I received has 128GB
Capacity: i5 11th Gen | 16GB | 512GB
Ordered the product last month arrived at the provided address way before the schedule date which is awesome and I loved. But since I live outside the US I had to wait almost a month to finally receive it. Now the laptop looks superb, if there's any damage is hidden for sure, on the surface it looks like brand new. Set up was alright it took a bit but I blame Windows for that. Now the screen looks great, the keys all seem to work just fine. Battery life is still an unknown but I'm hopeful it'll give me at least 2 hrs of screen (unplugged) which is more than I usually need. It's a snappy machine, with an 11th gen intel I5 it just does everything like yesterday (mind you I've only surf the web downloaded some stuff and watched some videos so far, I really doubt I'll put this machine through its paces. Now the only complain I got so far it's the blatant lie they told me on the description regarding the amount of memory. And listen I'm not one to complain about getting a decent enough product for what I consider a steal but if the product says it has as much is something it better have it. Aside from that I guess for what I paid it's still worth it. I'll try to upgrade the memory myself if it's possible at all. ... show more

    • Excellent Purchase in Like‑New Condition
Capacity: i5 11th Gen | 16GB | 512GB
I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! If it had arrived in the original packaging, I honestly would have thought it was brand new. The condition is truly mint—like new in every way. Setup was incredibly easy, and after a full charge, I was up and running right away with zero issues. Everything worked flawlessly. Considering the condition and performance, this was an outstanding value for the price. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and would absolutely buy again without hesitation. Highly recommended! ... show more

    • Worst battery and customer service
Capacity: i5 11th Gen | 16GB | 512GB
Customer service is the worst. I put in a request for a new battery and got no response and the laptop that they sent me does not hold a charge and will work with a charger but as soon as it is unplugged I'll say 80% and then Die 2 minutes later. Not even worth dealing with the hassle. Just don't buy from them. ... show more
