After returning my initial purchase I ordered a second laptop to give them another chance. The second unit came with the correct specs and functioned properly. Overall the unit is in quite good shape and I even took off the vinyl wrap on the palm rest and trackpad/buttons which showed minimal wear. I am pleased with this second purchase and would buy from them again (assuming they didn't send me the first unit!) Overall they offered to make my problem right for me and were quick to respond to my messages. There is just nothing you can do when a keyboard doesn't work properly so I had to send it back. I'm really considering buying another unit but I don't really need one. I just like computer hardware! Thanks to the seller for standing behind their product. Original review: Laptop Looked clean in appearance but they sent the wrong SSD capacity and a few of the keyboard keys didn't work very well. I contacted the seller and they did offer to make the SSD issue right so good customer service on that issue but I'm not going to play around with keys that do not function. It said 2 day free shipping turned out to be a week it says tech support another lie the dell tech support only hangs up and it doesn't load correctly this is the worst experience ever buying on amazon 2calls to Amazon went bad one the lady is playing with her child bad connection I hear the kids laughter mire then her help plus she has no idea about anything next Lady was more adept but still ended up in transferring me to dell which they hung up on me this is insane if you can't even test to see if a refurbished laptop will even load up before you sell it! Equipment arrived early. Easy to setup. Charged right out of box. However, the information on line said keyboard was back lit which was a selling point for me but KEYBOARD NOT BACKLIT!!!!
