Purchased refurbished unit via Amazon Renewed Store. Everyting on the laptop is in pristine condition and working properly. The screen is excellent, has no scratches or stuck pixels or LCD burn in. Keyboard and mouse both clean and responsive. Indestinguishable from a new unit. The charger cable has perhaps seen some mild abuse as it appears permanently kinked in multiple places. The cable insulation does not appear to be damaged, and the charger operates properly. ... show more

I'm a little confused as to why it claims to have 256gb ssd when there is actually only 237gb. But what's 19gb? To some it's allot. And as the image shows... it's not due to the system files taking them up because the duel files are 30.6gb and they are taken from the 237gb account. Other than that, I've had no problems. It was already set up, so I didn't go through the set up process but it's OK with me. But if you're not on worth that then I'm sure you could rest it somehow. I've not had a problem with it yet.
