This laptop is an absolute piece of junk. It’s slow, freezes constantly, and feels like it was built from leftover plastic scraps. The battery barely lasts an hour, the screen looks like a faded newspaper, and the keyboard is as mushy as wet cardboard. To make things worse, when I tried to return it, they hit me with a 20% restocking fee! So not only did I waste my time with this useless laptop, but I also lost money just for sending it back. Good build, keyboard solid. Slow boot up, but fast processing. Plenty of memory. Good laptop. Don’t do gaming so no comment there. Windows pro good inclusion. Happy with it.

Laptop was defective. It locked up 5 times during the few hours that I tried to use it. Processed a return. No UPS Call tag. It took me several days to return it, because I had to make the 80+ mile trip to UPS to drop it off. Took several days after the laptop reached the seller for them to issue a refund. Then, when I got the refund, seller deducted $139 because "laptop was not returned in the same condition".... and sent photos of very small scratches on the laptop (could have easily been pictures of another laptop). Contacted Amazon and their A to Z coverage took care of the $139. Would not buy from this seller again. ... show more

Another update 5 months in- lagging more frequently and taking forever to shut down or turn on. So disappointed taking a chance on this. I was excited for this laptop given the specs. I am disappointed with the battery life and lagging time. The key #3 came off. I barely use the laptop keyboard. I have a mechanical one.
