We have had this for 3 weeks now and put maybe 50 hours on it and we have been really happy with this Dell 27" Core i5. This replaced 7 year old Intel Corei5 touchscreen HP Envy AIO that the screen had developed random "ghost touch" and basically made it unusable. For that reason we decided we didn't want to mess with touchscreen because we really never used it on an AIO...the mouse is right there so it was a bit redundant. This computer was easy to set up. It did transfer all of our files since we had Windows on both and it synched between the old computers last backup and the new computer. It did not transfer all our programs though since the old one was Windows 10 and some of the programs were not compatible with Windows 11. It has not been a big deal though since you can see the icons for the programs and it prompts you to download the new version where applicable. We were concerned about performance since I use a 3D printer and prep files, and I also do some image and light video editing. I have had several of these programs open at once and have had no slowdowns and no issues with any programs crashing. The solid state drive makes programs fast to open and it comes out of sleep mode quickly as well The screen is huge and makes browsing so much easier, and the image editing more precise. Audio is typical for an All-in-one, fine for sitting at the desk but not great as a room sound system. BUT it has bluetooth so if this is a concern just grab an affordable speaker and pair it. I just went into windows search bar typed speaker, selected "Choose your sound output device" selected "pair another speaker" and bam, it plays audio from a bluetooth speaker like Sonos or a portable speaker. One other cool built in feature, the Dell mouse can have the buttons re-assignable. So very easily I was able to open that preloaded program, and re-assign the wheel mouse press function to pull up the program menu from the desktop, or in Chrome it takes me to the search bar and opens a typing cursor. Recommend without hesitation, provided, of course, that product features meet users’ needs. I have had my Dell Aii-In-One for two years. No problems whatsoever. IMHO, a good solid product.

    • WARRANTY IS A JOKE! THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS VERY LOW COMPETENCE!
They are disorganized and have no continuity in service and support. It took me a month to have my desktop all in one repaired. I spoke to 11 people, including a supervisor. They all made promises; they none kept the promises. a THUMB TOUCHED THE SCREEN ACCIDENTILY WHILE MOVING THE DESKTOP BACKWARDS, They refused to repair under warranty! From #1-11 They finally said they would charge me nothing because of not resolving as promised. Their shipping is Fed X. My computer sat for two weeks at a drop off Store and they could not track, couldn't find it! We found it sitting but FedX couldn't. They made many promises they do not keep. We were passed around like a hot potato and they laughed about it! I'm a professional who used my desktop daily for meeting with clients online. DONT BUY DELL! ... show more

The product was what I expected. Setup was easy and functions are great. All of the batteries included had to be replaced, I think they’ve been in the box awhile.

    • Deciding if I should return.....
This comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse. it DOES NOT WORK. new batteries, batteries that came with it etc. it will not type, or only type a few letters out of all of the ones I type. mouse gets frozen and delayed. restart, unplug plug in ..I have tried all of it. the computer is nice, screen is huge, it is not a touch screen. it isn't bad speed wise, I don't game I just use it for work. I am bummed about this keyboard and mouse though. I am not sure I will keep it. overall not bad, but not great ... show more

Great computer as are all made by Dell. I am a Dell fan. Just one thing I would have loved a CD/DVD even if it was as an extra purchase and an attachment. Yes, I still got some old CD/DVD's hanging around.
